GOAFFPRO ‑ Affiliate Marketing

Great customer support!

Good app, pretty straightforward and any questions I had were quickly answered by their support email. It's more powerful than you probably even need, so don't hesitate to use it, just understand that you'll need to figure a few things out (if you're an average affiliate platform user) to get it right. I recommend it.

We've had multiple hiccups getting things set up, but every time customer support has been super responsive and helpful and has resolved the issue!

Great customer service- one of my discount codes wasn't connecting properly to my affiliate and the customer service team was quick to respond and tell me which settings I needed to change (which was a user error on my end in the first place). I'm still new to using the affiliate service, but very pleased so far!

Earlier on I was having trouble with goaffpro and the support, had some critical functionalities that weren't working for me. But in the last 6 months or so they have really turned it around, support times are so much faster and they're giving really good feedback on the issues that I have. I don't know if I got better at explaining my issues or if they hired an entirely better staff but keep up the good work. The mobil app has progressed so much since we initially started as well, so kudos to goaffpro dev team. Keep making it better!

So far we give it 2 stars because we need support to respond to our support request. We are having issues with the integrations page and so far, we keep getting the following response "Hello, Bumping this up for our technical team to check They should check and update you soon" We have been getting this same message for the last 2 days. Please respond so we can update our review of your app. **UPDATE 10.04.24** I actually got busy with some other things and forgot all about this issue with the app...they never did respond even after we sent another email and posted this review. It's been almost a month now. Will have to dowgrade to 1 star and find another app because we got absolutely ZERO support. And we are not on the free plan, we started with the Premium plan from the beginning because of the functionality it was supposed to provide, but this is just not working for us. **UPDATE 05.29.25** After seeing our previous review they did eventually respond to us. They did fix the issue we were having with the integration but there are still issues with the email. All of the affiliate emails are returned with delivery status notification failures.

App not user friendly.....customers don't understand how to use app. Navigating dashboard very difficult. Trying to get help from support and have no response for 5 days now.....looking for another referral app option

The team did an amazing job is responding to a migration request. They actually did the migration within an hour and on a Saturday! Highly recommend their support.

GOAFFPRO did for us what no other affiliate app we could find would do properly - and at a better price than any of them. Free for all of the major features, and just $30 for all of the stuff some other apps charge $80+/month to do (and even percentages of commissions). GOAFFPRO was the first app we tested out of 6 that could properly record affiliate link purchases when using regular checkout, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay - something you'd expect everyone could do, but no. Interface and customization is not as fancy as the most expensive alternatives, but it's supremely usable. This is our choice moving forward.

A very good app and the support are reactive!

So far I am loving the app. We are a GF bakery with one store front and growing our business through word of mouth. We started using GOAFFPRO to organize and communicate with affiliates and it has been super user friendly considering it's capabilities! We are able to do a lot of what we currently need on the free plan, especially as we are learning, but are looking forward to upgrading. Its worth it!
