I have only positive things to say about the Tapita: SEO & Speed Optimizer app and the customer service. I originally installed the app about a year ago and saw amazing improvements to my page speed and performance scores within 20 minutes of clicking the install button. I then let the app do its thing and basically forgot about it as I got on with running the business. However, last week I updated my website's theme and the speed and performance scores saw a massive reduction. I played around with the settings in the app and couldn't get anywhere, so I contacted customer support and they said they would optimise everything and feedback to me within 24 hours. True to their word, I received an email the next day saying the improvements had been made. I checked for myself and everything is performing perfectly again... what wonderful customer service.
