Stays disconnected from Shopify's customer events no matter what. Shopify support claim they can't do anything about it and neither can Google
Hello! Thanks for your feedback. The pixel feature is not yet live, though we expect to start rolling it out soon. Unfortunately this may be confusing since the setting does display as disconnected right now, but it should not be affecting the functionality in any way -- simply by using this app, you should see your data flow through as expected, even through the new checkout experience. Once the feature goes live, you'll see this option become connected! If you're having any issues, please add to your existing support case with the discrepancies you are seeing, but rest assured this pixel setting is coming soon!

Nach ein paar Tagen wurde der Ads Account blockiert für das "umgehen von Systemen". Auf Anfragen warum genau, wird nur immer mit der gleichen automatisierten Email geantwortet. Die Produkte werden im Merchant Center alle als gut gelistet und es zeigen sich keine Probleme in der Search Console. Kein Support vorhanden und die Marktmacht wird umverschämt ausgenutzt.

Ever since we moved to the new checkout experience and had to move from scripts to pixels, it never works properly. The pixel under 'customer events' just keeps getting disconnected even though in the app everything says that its connected properly. No response from support yet.

There is no option for Croatia country. Why is that?
Hi, I'm sorry you were not happy with the app missing Croatia as a selection. Unfortunately the app only supports countries that Google Merchant Center supports ads for, and Croatia has not been enabled there.

Be very careful when installing this app. I installed it, put in the information per Shopify request and it started asking for information that nobody has and before I could do any research it shut down my automatically started account. No warning, no chance to fix, just said I wasn't doing how it liked it and never told me how to fix it and it can be fixed wrong. Even worse, the only reason I did it was to assign my store to my account and the store I wanted, even though it let me connect, the location wasn't on the list. Completely useless.

I am coming from using Magento for many years and I have never needed YouTube to get Google Analytics working. However, here on Shopify with this app it is impossible to set up Google Analytics without YouTube. Anyway, I have created my "Brand Account (limited to YouTube)" as they call it now (see the note at the top of https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/7001996), but during the integration when it is time to choose the brand account and selecting the one I did create for the business, it errors with: `Whoops! You're using an account that can't go here. Reference code: es=ABAdc_iIhvK2ZAUWDqjIpeVqHbBtzFtg77o3S-SuSVaYbkqCFX2hkzoGnFRJpqWCRvGTmmexXpLjulqXJ1j1Z_ya7eArOENnYaIVsIECGEnUVdgDwqSXm5TKY-4vgJHAU5Quh6H2l9lK` The reference code is alway random and the error itself is not immediately helpful at all. I have spoken to the Shopify support people but they only suggest to check with Google. Google on the other hand it is impossible to contact as they always refer you to the community and can raise a question with the public. I just needed Google Analytics set up...
Hi! Thanks for your feedback. You should not need to set up a YouTube Account if all you want to do is use Google Analytics. When you download the app, you can set up Google Analytics 4 during the onboarding and skip the additional programs. You won't need a YouTube Brand Account if you already have a Google Analytics account. Send us a message so we can assist you further! Keeps flagging my shops for misrepresentation without giving me any idea what to fix.

Scammers. They will gladly take your money for ads but when there's a problem they will just send out a generic, useless email.

App doesn't work, I put in my mobile as requested to authorise and it says an unknown error has occurred. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times with the same outcome. The help link goes to a generic Google help site with no specific information on what is actually going wrong.

Verry disapointed about this app. Since i'm using this app my google ads account is suspended for circumventing systems policy. I have contacted google a lot of times, there is no service and no help?! We have object several times and nobody is trying to help us so we can fix te problem. We have a simple shopify store with a few products.. @Google, can you contact us how we can fix the problem so we can advertise our products..

The least intuitive app I've come across so far. Confusing, creates errors, waists time. The worst part is that in order to get support from Google, one needs their Shopify Account ID, which is not readily available in their store, but requires a chat with Shopify support. Even they didn't know which ID to provide (multiple failed attempts inputting a "Shopify Account ID" value in the Google support request). Very frustrating.

The quickest way to see your Shopify ID (example.myshopify.com) is in the URL of your Shopify admin page as soon as you log in. it will be the text after "store/" in the website address: https://admin.shopify.com/store/exampleShopifyIDhere. horrid app. I have it installed, everything is synced and connected, be it merchant center, analytics, google ads. Everything should be good. Tag assistant says no Google tags are on my site. So what's the point?

The Shopify shopping ribbon, which is intended to show products from my store in the description of my YouTube videos, did not work/appear on my latest YouTube video upload. It worked/appeared on legacy videos, but not on newly uploaded videos. When I contacted support about this, they couldn't tell me why this was happening, nor did they address my concern. They basically said "sometimes this feature will be available in videos, sometimes it won't be - it's random." If that's the case, this is not something I can direct my customers to use.

Worst.. when just connected with the Shopify account the products were getting approved. and after 2-3 days it was showing as Misrepresentation policy violated. No proper clarification is provided. just the robotic email received that to visit the policy page and read all over again ang again. it would have been better if there are specific issues have been mentioned. so that as an individual handling all the things can manage and correct the things which is causing issue. instead of just copy pasting the same email. i know nothing right is going to happen. just in words a message full of formality include an apology and our our team will look into this. or is looking into the concern or some same repetitive bot messages.

Suddenly my products disappeared and I cannot reach anyone from support. Very frustrating to say the least.
