horrible experience. does not say why dissaprovals? sicking time waste
It's rubbish, I'm using your own app to connect using the shopify API and you're telling me my website doesn't exist through automated checks, why or how is this so bad?
The automated processes don't work. Hence you have to read useless pages of support to discover what went wrong. No resolution at all and seems that getting to support is also wishful option for many.
Products that are not included in the channel, that I am not live with yet are still being sent via api and got me suspended.
Application non fonctionnelle, support inexistant. Les produits s'ajoutent partiellement à GMC puis plus aucune mise à jour. Google ne récupère que 10% des données (ajouts paniers, conversions etc). Problème de communication entre Shopify et l'application.
7 year old existing Google Merchant/Ads Account suspended 3 days after installing this app and connecting... Finally after 2 months of appeals, got account working... Only to be promptly suspended 4 days later for 'misrepresentation'. its been an additional 2 months of stupidity. No Support - they keep copy-pasting vague crap that does nothing to tell you what some stupid AI flagged your website for. No specifics - just 'read the policy' and 'fix your website'. Now Google Merchant/Ads account permanently banned because I appealed their stupidity 3 times... Avoid this app... There is absolutely NO SUPPORT and they will ban you for any stupid reason they can think up and then not help you resolve the issue they created!
Title: Completely Broken Integration, Zero Feedback, Zero Support This is by far the worst Shopify sales channel I have ever used. The Google & YouTube app gives the illusion that everything is connected and working, but behind the scenes, nothing actually functions. Products can be active, published, priced, categorized, correctly configured with all required Google metafields, shipping, weight, and inventory — and yet Google Merchant Center receives absolutely nothing. No products, no timestamps, no diagnostics, no errors. Just silence. The most unacceptable part is that the system provides no feedback at all when the feed does not push. Merchant Center simply shows “0 products” with no explanation, and the Shopify app gives no warnings, logs, or troubleshooting tools. You are left guessing whether the problem is configuration, Google, Shopify, or the app itself. Support is essentially nonexistent. There is no clear documentation for edge cases like small catalogs or single‑product stores, no way to manually force a feed refresh, and no meaningful error reporting. You can waste hours or days doing everything “correctly” only to find out the integration never fired in the first place. This app feels designed exclusively for large bulk merchants and completely hostile to small or careful sellers. A production‑level sales channel should never fail silently. This is not a minor bug — it is a fundamental design failure. Avoid this app unless you are prepared for frustration, wasted time, and zero transparency.
They blocked my account for "misinterpretation" without giving any indication of what kind of problems were present
This app is terrible. It says everything is connected, but in reality conversions and audiences are not being tracked. I basically wasted €800 on Google Ads. I've been trying to figure out what to fix and where for two weeks now. I started digging deeper and found that in the app the correct Google Ads account is connected, but in the code it's actually a completely different one. At this point I have no idea what to do anymore. This is just awful!!!
My store is flagged as misrepresentation by this app, I have happy customers and 5 star reviews. Google support is a joke.
Absolutely horrendous, AI-slop, Blackbox software. This is absolutely riddled with false-positive issues, inconsistent data, incomplete data being pushed to GMC and really provides no useful functionality from the app side. Your data will be corrupt when it's pushed to GMC and end up with "missing images" or "missing descriptions" or unuseable products. Avoid at all costs.
We sell a mix of digital and physical products and this app is just a disaster. Leaves behind a merchant center with tons of wrong configured products and as you have absolutely no control of whats going on, there is not much you can do about it. Stay away if you want to have any sort of control, of whats actually going on in your shop.
This app has disconnected itself from my Shopify store. The links do not work either to be able to decipher yourself what might be wrong.
Hi - we had an outage yesterday that affected the Google & YouTube UI, which resulted in certain links or modules not loading properly. Rest assured, no product syncing or ad campaigns were affected during this outage, it was only an issue with loading the app on Shopify and may have shown itself as broken links, blank pages, or missing modules. This was resolved after about an hour and you shouldn't have any issues today. I also took the time to personally check your shop's integration and nothing was disconnected, and product updates still worked during this outage window. We apologize for the interruption!
There are problems with the layout, and unfortunately the support is poor. I didn't expect this from Google
We’re using this plugin to track Google Ads conversions, but we’re experiencing an issue with incorrect conversion values. For example, the actual order value is $160, yet the conversion value shown in Google Ads is consistently recorded as $1. We’ve reached out to both the plugin’s support team and Google Ads support. However, both sides have responded that the issue falls outside their scope of support, meaning they’re unable to help us resolve it. So far, we haven’t been able to find anyone who can provide meaningful technical assistance. The responses we’ve received have been rather dismissive, simply stating that they cannot address the problem.
