This app is fantastic and provides a great review sharing / rewards experience. It is important to note, however, that you MUST reach out to them through their customer service messenger to make sure they integrate their app to its fullest potential. They know what they're doing, so it is really not a pain.

The "buy now button" on my store's product page was not loading properly. Upon investigating I was able to identify custom code changes in the product-template.liquid file as the cause for this behaviour. There is some residual code from the app [Growave: Loyalty and Wishlist] which interferes wuth the product-form - so the buttons. This app's developers have no responsibility and leave bugs in theme that interfere with other buttons. I don't think they did this on purpose, but it leaves room for improvement.

I have used this app for a year. Every time I update my online store theme, the app stops working and I have to wait days to a week for my customers to be able to access their points and rewards again. As a brand that launches new product once a month, this has been frustrating for customers to not be able to access their points or rewards on our launch night. I've had an ongoing issue in trying to change our VIP tiers to align with our brand story. Chat has been circular and simply regurgitating the help center information. I am uninstalling and trying a different app. I would not recommend Growave.

It's an ok app. I've had nothing but issues trying to set it up but the support team has been helpful in resolving issues (5 stars for Yzat!) If you have a POS store this is definitely not the app you want to use. Not having an option to have a variable discount for the POS sucks. I'm too far into it with this app that I'll keep it around for now.

Growave has been very accommodating with request and agile communications. I was able to rely on them in updating and fixing issues that is impacting user experience. I am currently exploring more of what is has to offer.

I removed my review, but I am putting it back again. This app support is the worst you can even get. They will play with your website like a toy. The rewards feature does not work on phone resolution. Be careful, these reviews are all fake as the app is buggy to the max.

I usually avoid giving the feedbacks to support, but this time I was very impressed. They were helpful, fast and what amazed me the most - they brought a wow effect by helping me with something that I didn't expect from them. Plus the Growave app is very nice, easy to use and has useful functionalities. I recommend them for sure!

Update: it's now April 27, 2025 (initial review June 2, 2024) and I just want to share that I still love this app and the support. Growave has some of the best support ever. On one hand, I rarely need the help because the app is so good on its own (as you see, it's been almost a year since I last contacted them), and on the other hand, when I do have a question, the support team always has quick and accurate answers. I really appreciate it! Original review - I have to give a shout out to the Growave support team. I haven't needed to consult them often, but the few times I have over the past year, they've responded very quickly (often within an hour!) with helpful fixes. Shopify integrations can be tricky, especially with as many features as we get in the Growave Loyalty app, but even with my custom themes, Growave support has been fast and accurate in keeping me up and running. It is greatly appreciated, especially considering how reasonably priced this app is. And with so many features under one app umbrella, once you get the hang of its configuration, it's the same for all the features. It makes backend maintenance a whole lot easier. I use a lot of apps in my shop and Growave's are the best.

We were changing themes and had a lot of customizations we wanted to do. So our onboarding process was super long as we always added things we wanted to add or change. The support has been better than anything I have experienced before on Shopify. Always got immediate response from support and the developers got things edited within the same day. Super happy with the first weeks on Growave!

So far absolutely amazing customer experience. In less than an hour they adjusted the code for my Rewards Program and now it looks fantastic on mobile. Thank you. Update... Had to come back and say these guys are absolutely amazing, I had 3 support requests over 2 days prior to launching my store. They were patient, helpful and quick. Every time i contacted them, help was minutes away. If you are looking for a world class support team that got your back you when things don't go your way, this is the team you need. Edit: With Growave V2, the platform seems more stable. Support is responsive and good at resolving issues. Still, the occasional bug but that is to be expected I suppose. We highly recommend Growave for your store. Growave promises an all-in-one marketing solution. At first glance, this seems to be true, but we're in the process of incorporating it into our brand-new website, which isn't even live yet, and we're running into bug after bug. The support eventually resolves them, but then we run into something else that doesn't work. They say we're the only ones impacted by these bugs, which I highly doubt since we're a fresh store with no legacy and few other apps. We like the promise of it but have been pretty disappointed so far. We hope our experience will increase soon, or we'll have to start looking at alternatives.
