I have been using Growave's loyalty app for some months already. I gave 5 stars before because the technical support team (Tina and Alex) was amazing but suddenly the support team was changed and now it takes hours to get an answer from the support team. Sorry Growave but we customers evaluate an app not only for its technical features but also for the support we get from the team behind the app when it comes to questions or issues. Update (2023-01-19): I was contacted by the lead of technical support, she apologized and is trying to improve customer service. So far technical support seems to have gotten better but I have not requested too much support lately so I'll keep updating my score based on my experience. Update (2023-05-04): Customer service is getting better, I usually don't get immediate answers but my questions are answered and my requests are fulfilled within a few hours. Fixing complex bugs that I have reported takes some time but they are eventually fixed. It's fair to recognize Growave's efforts so I'm giving 5 stars now. Keep up the good work Growave!

It's cheaper. I was using Okendo and Smile. So, that's a plus. But beware. The Klaviyo integration is HTML - you can not use Klaviyo's build and drop facility. You need to know HTML to build them. Also, Growave is a bit clunky. When you pay for apps like Okendo and Smile you are actually getting pretty good products - and that's why they cost so much. So... if you can get used to the very limited functionality available with Growave and you want to brush up on your coding and HTML skills (haha, doesn't everybody?), then Growave is for you. I'm giving it 3 stars because it's cheaper which is nice. But, I really do miss how easy it was with Okendo & Smile!

I just used the app for a few months to experience it and have some reviews about the app. The app is good and has excellent documentation and is exceptionally user-friendly. This app carries out what it promises to do. It is simple to understand and simple to utilize. after we installed it, I had a few questions and there were some issues that were Shoppable Instagram from displaying correctly. I contacted the support team represented by Rashmi Sharma and then she patiently answered and guided me through the app. She also asked the develop team to fix the issue really quickly. They were able to remedy the problem quickly and effectively, and they were able to do it within 24 hours of reporting it. Jena kept me informed at every stage and quickly reported any problems. Additionally, the developer was helpful to me. The app is now running perfectly on our site, and we are very happy with it. We appreciate all their support and would highly recommend the app to anyone looking to display labels and badges on your products.

Love the concept of everything in one app, Great functionality of all the apps in there. The best thing is that he support is really fast in responding and resolving the issues. I required a lot help configuring and these guys were always available which made the job quickly done. I would definitely recommend Growave!

So far the app is great. The customer support staff is very helpful as well. The BIGGEST thing I was looking for in a reward app is the ability to send redeemable gift card codes. An app I use conflicts with coupon usage, so gift cards are basically the go to for me and I had a ton of issues with that until now.

I have been using Growave for over a year now. The customer service is incredible. Even after changing my theme, Tina reached out to me (before I had even tested the site properly) to check if I needed help implementing Growave back into the new active theme. Customer service wont solve any issues and passes the buck back to Shopify. NO ROI on this service and it's a waste of money for any CPG company

If you want to use Klaviyo with this app - STAY AWAY! The integration used to be good, but since they redesigned the app, the integration is brutal. The timing dosen't trigger emails through klaviyo. I've been trying to deal with their customer service in Kyrgyzstan for 6 days and I keep getting this message "Please let me clarify this moment with the developers and get back to you!" The first line doesn't have answers for anything. $99.99 a month for a brutal app - STAY AWAY

Very disappointing since the update. I am usually very happy with Growave but the Instagram feature stopped working for over a month now. I reported the issue immediately and no one is able to help. I used to display our influencers Instagram pictures with a specific hashtag and tag the products. Now this does not work and I can only display and tag pictures posted on our IG account (not pictures from a specific hashtag). I would change my review as soon as this issue is fixed.

Regarding your query, I'd like to kindly let you know that our app gives a signal to Facebook via the API, but Facebook's tokens are coming in invalid due to the hashtag posts not being displayed. However, our dev team worked with the Facebook support team and we were able to fix the issue. The app is great and the staffs Tina and Alex are very helpful. We've gotten some setting issues at the beginning, but all solved by their kindly supports.
