Growave allows us to add key features (like a VIP program and Wishlists) to our site easily and in a cost effective way, and we've been using Growave for 4 years now. The few times that we encountered some issues with the Rewards module, Growave Support was very responsive and continued following up until the issues were resolved. Most recently, we discovered that our site template was still implementing widgets in an old way. The moment we asked Growave Support for help, they explained the issue to us and quickly helped us fix things even over the weekend. We also appreciate the enhancements and new features that have been added over the years, and look forward to using Growave for more years to come.

We love how quick the responses are for support. They followup, listen, and fix when needed. - This happens occasionally when Shopify makes changes, and Growave is quick to update, and implement. The app itself is well integrated, has many features we needed

Technical Support is very good thank you for your help, they solve all problems. we are using reviews, wish list and royalty. I think thats the best app which has a lot of options in it. The interface designs and ease of use are all very nice.

We’ve been using Growave at Termatree and are genuinely impressed with the quality of their customer support. Recently, we reached out with a request to enable a specific feature. This app completely messed up my review display. It started showing 1-star ratings on products that had no reviews at all, making my store look unreliable. Even after uninstalling the app, the issue persisted and didn’t automatically resolve. Extremely frustrating experience — do not recommend.

I have only been using Growave for a short time, and as a small business we are on a small plan, but I have to say that the customer service is excellent and the integration is smooth. There are a few features I'd like to see in Customer Reviews - particularly in being able to access information on who has been sent a review and when and being able to manually resend - features I had in my last integration. But overall very happy with the service and look forward to more updates to make it easier for me to engage with my customers.

Absolutely amazing experience so far – especially thanks to Begi! She helped me set up and fully customize the loyalty program in my own language, answered every question in record time, and made onboarding feel effortless. In under 10 days, I’ve already received 100+ positive reviews and have over 150,000 loyalty points pending – can’t wait to see these customers return and redeem. The real results are coming in the next 1–2 months, but for now – 10/10 for the support and functionality. Highly recommend.
