You're going to love the customer service. Quick, smart, efficient, and helpful, always. And as someone who's worked in ecomm for years, using hundreds of apps across multiple stores in different industries, I'd say this... options are great, and features are fun, but what's really (REALLY) hard to find amongst all that stuff is real customer service. And from people who genuinely want to see you succeed. Not just people who copy/paste the same text their boss told them to say to every customer. Ask yourself how often you've worked with people like that? Not a lot, right? Genuinely a pleasure to work with Growave these past couple of months. And I'm sure it will continue to be a pleasure!

I have been using the app for over 1 year now. It works as perfect for my needs. The more impressive part is the support. Every time, I reach out to them for a question, they will get it back and solve the issue quickly. Very impressive! Happy Customer with them.

Very sleek-looking compared to other review and wishlist apps. Great customer support even while on basic. Thanks to Tina and Alex for the quick revert with requests to modify theme! They even reached out first when they noticed I changed theme, and needed help with re-integration.

This is the best app I have used on Shopify. period. From the A+++ customer service to the plethora of value adding services that the app provides. Everything is great!!!! I rarely leave reviews for things but I had to let everyone know about this amazing app. They truly do deserve their 5 star rating. Thank you thank you thank you Growave!

I used this app to add a wishlist, reviews and social login which is still great even on the free version. The team installed it so quickly and answered my queries asap, they even updated the styling outside of their working hours. It's been one of the best apps I've added to our store so far and the customer service has been impeccable!

I don't know what's better... the app or the customer service! The app has so many incredible features that really help with conversion. I am not the most technical person, so I had quite a lot of questions, but their team integrated everything for me, answered all of my questions, and followed up! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. If you want seamless integration and a team that will help you get the most out of your website, I would recommend this app.

I am just trialling the app and have had great assistance from Alice. I am trialling the GROWTH version with a view to increasing or Reviews....this app seems like the best one out there. Will really know further down the track....fingers crossed.

Growave is AMAZING. I was using YOTPO, but I really wanted social login, and loyalty programs, and a wishlist, and community...some of which YOTPO offers but for a steeper price. And I was using Omnisend for my abandoned cart sequence, but once I started getting into the other emails and realized Omnisend couldn't replace Shopify's automated order confirmations, I started looking elsewhere and found Growave. Growave has it all and their graphic designer did our emails and they are BEAUTIFUL AND ON BRAND. And amazing customer service too!
