I just started my 30 days trial. As I am looking for an app that have product review, Instagram and royalty program, I of course have to give Growave a try. So far I have slowly been trying out the different functions and Azem and her team have been absolutely amazing to help me with each single details and problems I have meet! As I want to keep my website as user-friendly as possible, Azem have helped me customised so it fits my ideas which is exactly what good service is about. We had some issues with growave but the support is awesome and helped us within a few hours. The app might not be the best fit for us but the support is really good.

Tattu and the team were very helpful in getting this API installed the way i wanted it. Would definitely recommend this API for any shops looking for a good wishlist API.

This app is very easy to use and the features, namely Rewards & Wishlist, have met our needs. The customer service is amazing, and Alice has been incredibly helpful with all our requests so far! :)

The Things Most people don't understand is the Implementation and the Seamless Integration. People at Growave like Tattu, really understand and they have build this app around it. We are not developer, so coding and Adding widget is not our Cup of Tea. So until and Unless a Developer do this, we are stuck. So 5 Stars for Amazing Service.

This App is amazing. It does sooo many things and really helped my website gained user reviews, feedback and made it look way more professional and savy. In addition the customer service and staff are exceptional. They are friendly, extremely prompt and very quick to action. I can truly recommend this app as the people behind seem very dedicated and passionate about it and are a pleasure to work with,

I really like the app. Will upgrade more in the future, as customers increase. Customer Service is very helpful and quick to respond. Also very helpful with helping you learn along the way.

This app is really good. In particular, the review function and favorite function are recommended for shops with a large number of items. Also the support is really great. The first default has damaged the look of the shop. However, support has modified the icons to match the look of our shop. I will continue to love this app and support.

Fantastic "all in one" solution for Reviews, Rewards, Blog Comments, and more! Their support staff is A+++ and help faster than anything I have ever experienced. So happy to be using this app.

This app does a really good job with the free options that are provided. Most importantly, the Support is really great. I worked with Alice and she was really quick to resolve and even make small changes as per my requirements.

This app has been nothing short of incredible. I was assigned a personal customer service rep named Tattu who was essentially like a concierge! She helped me with integrating the app with my site, and provided me with useful resources for reference. If all customer service was like what she provided, this world would have a lot less frustrations. I strongly recommend Growave and hope you get to work with Tattu.

I started with this app a few months ago and did the minimum to get it working on my website and even just that left me flabbergasted with the number of store customer signups I started to get from Facebook, without me actually doing any active FB marketing... I am so impressed with it I am now working systematically to fully implement the growth plan on my site to really turbocharge my shop's development. Well done Growave on a great product and thanks for the superlative customer service and support provided on an ongoing basis. Can't recommend this app enough - every shopify store should have this app as the core of its marketing tools.
