Growave: Loyalty & Wishlist

Such great customer service. Amazing help with integration and customization from very friendly people. Two thumbs up from us!

This app has been amazing find for me! It combines 3 key things that I need in my store: Reward System, VIP Tiers, and Wishlist. Plus I love the sticky reviews button on my homepage (especially in mobile) which immediately brings up site credibility. There were a few bugs during the migration process to their reviews app - but the support team is incredible! I think one of the best support teams I've seen on Shopify!! They've hand-held during this migration process and I'm very satisfied. Still migrating on the loyalty app - but I expect a smooth process to the finish. Great job guys!

This app by Growave is amazing. Has so many features that you can do away with many other apps. Usually, an app that does many different things, does one thing well and the other functions are afterthoughts, but this isn't the case here. It's amazing and does each of the many functions extremely well. The app is super powerful and works as expected. Support has been just as amazing and very responsive. I highly recommend this app!!! As well as the App we use Growave to help us with ad hoc developments to our site and to fix any issues made by previous developers. Growave customer service and knowledge of Shopify is impressive. They always try to find a solution and we have been impressed with their knowledge and ability to deliver quickly and efficiently. Often they can fix issues that other developers struggle with! If you need some developer support for your shopify website, speak to these guys!

We just installed this app, the customer service spent a few days working with us to get everything small little things working to details for our store. We were very pleased. Although there is a time zone difference but they are very responsive and willing to have conference on the phone to solve problems together. This app also offered a lot of features that help drive customers back to our store as well, these features are so good both us and our customers love it. I'm very thankful for this.

So far so good. Support has been very responsive and has assisted us with every single issue we have had so far. The app itself is amazing and contains many different apps which we have slowly started to integrate into our store. User-friendly interface helps to make using apps easy.

This app has some truly amazing features. I was keen to use the ‘reviews’ and ‘wish list’ functions which are excellent. The handy log-in function is also worth having especially with the links to social media. I was nervous about integrating all these features but I didn’t need to be as they did it all for me. Within no time at all I was up and running. Highly recommended.

This app is a little bit pricey, but I think the social validation it provides should help your store and make up for it. Kudos to this app!

This 1 app has lots of features for e-marketing that help you to save money and time from installing individual apps. You may need some customization, but the technical support team will care of it. I gave them what I need with screen shot, then the tech team modified it few hours later.

The reason why I downloaded this app is that the many functions I need are all available with only one app. A month after downloading, I want to select a custom service as the most significant advantage of this app. If I send an e-mail with an exact request, developers can modify it to my request, and the customer service is also very kind.

love this app. It helps me a lot and they have the best support team! Definitely, I'd like to pay $50 per month for their service.

This is the beginning of our third year using shopify and we have managed to survive the challenges of e-commerce and have decided that it was time to upgrade our website (www.owlreadersclub.sg) and have been trying to figure out which apps would help. We knew we had to pay for a good app so we spent a long time doing the research, reading the reviews etc. We also tried a few other apps and we Growave was one of those we tried. We are about to finish the trial period and learning about the functionalities of each and every app within their app so we will provide an update in due course. Suffice to say that during this trial period, the experience has been nothing short but AWESOME, Azem/Alice/Tattu, the front end team that has responded to all our queries have been extremely helpful and patient. We had done a number of Skype calls with the team and had requested for certain customisation to be done which they and their team of developers have kindly obliged. We have given them feedback on how certain apps within their Super App (yes they should be called a super app!) can be improved and they are taking it on board and hopefully we can see some of these implemented in the future. Our advice for any growing e-commerce stall is stop looking further and give Growave a try today and experience the difference of a customer-centric app and the other apps out there.
