Growave: Loyalty & Wishlist

I tried many different Loyalty apps but this one is the best so far! We were able to translate everything on the front end into Japanese, perfectly, which other apps didn't allow. We also have Wishlist and Review apps separately, but with Growave we can get rid of those. Integration was super easy and fast, too. Customer service is awesome, I was able to solve every issue within an hour of installation. Highly recommended! 設定画面は英語ですが、お客様が見る画面は完璧に日本語にでき、すばらしいです。沢山のアプリを試しましたが、ちゃんとできたのはこのアプリだけでした。価格も他と比べ良心的です。

I downloaded this app and not long after uninstalled it as I didn't think it was all that good. After further research, I downloaded it again and reached out to support to help me with a few things and the support was the best I have ever reviewed on any of the apps I have on my store! A big thank you to Tattu for all the amazing help. Super friendly customer service rep!

This app is perfect. Lots of features to improve your store with a very professional feel, there is no silly games or spin wheels which make your store feel amatuer. The Customer support was amazing, and completed many tweaks which I asked for, all for no extra charge. Give the app a try.

I was skeptical at first that so many features could be baked into one app but Growave has consistently exceeded our expectations. Customer support from the app developer is always important to us and the Growave support team has always been super helpful. Definitely recommend.

Quick summary about Growave – Highly polished product and trusted team. The functions are quick to load and small and we haven't encountered any problems or bugs with the Growave product. Absolutely amazing support from Growave. The support and tech teams are extremely courteous, responsive and helpful, and goes out of their way to help. The Growave teams follow up on each requests/questions/concerns, and they are genuinely passionate about their work and product.

This app has been amazing find for me! It combines 3 key things that I need in my store: Reward System, VIP Tiers, and Wishlist. Plus I love the sticky reviews button on my homepage (especially in mobile) which immediately brings up site credibility. There were a few bugs during the migration process to their reviews app - but the support team is incredible! I think one of the best support teams I've seen on Shopify!! They've hand-held during this migration process and I'm very satisfied. Still migrating on the loyalty app - but I expect a smooth process to the finish. Great job guys!

As well as the App we use Growave to help us with ad hoc developments to our site and to fix any issues made by previous developers. Growave customer service and knowledge of Shopify is impressive. They always try to find a solution and we have been impressed with their knowledge and ability to deliver quickly and efficiently. Often they can fix issues that other developers struggle with! If you need some developer support for your shopify website, speak to these guys!

We just installed this app, the customer service spent a few days working with us to get everything small little things working to details for our store. We were very pleased. Although there is a time zone difference but they are very responsive and willing to have conference on the phone to solve problems together. This app also offered a lot of features that help drive customers back to our store as well, these features are so good both us and our customers love it. I'm very thankful for this.

So far so good. Support has been very responsive and has assisted us with every single issue we have had so far. The app itself is amazing and contains many different apps which we have slowly started to integrate into our store. User-friendly interface helps to make using apps easy.
