Growave: Loyalty & Wishlist

This app has been nothing short of incredible. I was assigned a personal customer service rep named Tattu who was essentially like a concierge! She helped me with integrating the app with my site, and provided me with useful resources for reference. If all customer service was like what she provided, this world would have a lot less frustrations. I strongly recommend Growave and hope you get to work with Tattu.

I started with this app a few months ago and did the minimum to get it working on my website and even just that left me flabbergasted with the number of store customer signups I started to get from Facebook, without me actually doing any active FB marketing... I am so impressed with it I am now working systematically to fully implement the growth plan on my site to really turbocharge my shop's development. Well done Growave on a great product and thanks for the superlative customer service and support provided on an ongoing basis. Can't recommend this app enough - every shopify store should have this app as the core of its marketing tools.

I tried many different Loyalty apps but this one is the best so far! We were able to translate everything on the front end into Japanese, perfectly, which other apps didn't allow. We also have Wishlist and Review apps separately, but with Growave we can get rid of those. Integration was super easy and fast, too. Customer service is awesome, I was able to solve every issue within an hour of installation. Highly recommended! 設定画面は英語ですが、お客様が見る画面は完璧に日本語にでき、すばらしいです。沢山のアプリを試しましたが、ちゃんとできたのはこのアプリだけでした。価格も他と比べ良心的です。

I downloaded this app and not long after uninstalled it as I didn't think it was all that good. After further research, I downloaded it again and reached out to support to help me with a few things and the support was the best I have ever reviewed on any of the apps I have on my store! This app is perfect. Lots of features to improve your store with a very professional feel, there is no silly games or spin wheels which make your store feel amatuer. The Customer support was amazing, and completed many tweaks which I asked for, all for no extra charge. Give the app a try.

I was skeptical at first that so many features could be baked into one app but Growave has consistently exceeded our expectations. Customer support from the app developer is always important to us and the Growave support team has always been super helpful. Definitely recommend.

Quick summary about Growave – Highly polished product and trusted team. The functions are quick to load and small and we haven't encountered any problems or bugs with the Growave product. Absolutely amazing support from Growave. The support and tech teams are extremely courteous, responsive and helpful, and goes out of their way to help. This app has been amazing find for me! It combines 3 key things that I need in my store: Reward System, VIP Tiers, and Wishlist. Plus I love the sticky reviews button on my homepage (especially in mobile) which immediately brings up site credibility. There were a few bugs during the migration process to their reviews app - but the support team is incredible! I think one of the best support teams I've seen on Shopify!! They've hand-held during this migration process and I'm very satisfied. Still migrating on the loyalty app - but I expect a smooth process to the finish. Great job guys!

Their team is very helpful and kindness, I met some problems when I installed and used this App, they helped me right away and I think this app will help me in the furture.

As well as the App we use Growave to help us with ad hoc developments to our site and to fix any issues made by previous developers. Growave customer service and knowledge of Shopify is impressive. They always try to find a solution and we have been impressed with their knowledge and ability to deliver quickly and efficiently. Often they can fix issues that other developers struggle with! This is a great app with lots of features. The customer service and integration support provided by Kalys and Tim was first class. Highly recommended.

The support was amazing!!! Tattu was extremely helpful and understanding when having to install the app on 3 theme versions :) plus customized it the way we needed it to look! Fantastic experience so far- support is great!
