Beyond the fact that the Growave app offers so many great features and does everything I need in one place, the customer service is outstanding -- quick, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I had an issue with my site on a Sunday night, and it was fixed by Monday morning. Absolutely above and beyond my expectations. Thanks so much for a great product and amazing customer service.

I've been using this for years. The 199/month plan doesn't let you download customer data, and importing is a hassle. The translation is absolutely awful. There are plenty of cheaper apps out there now with similar features. I highly recommend new users avoid this app.

Growave and the team are exceptional when you need any sort of customisation. I've had multiple instances where I needed to customise the widget and rewards page and I was met with swift and competent results. Customer service is nothing less than a 10 out of 10. Growave is an excellent loyalty app as they have solid functionalities and a great team behind it.

Growave is super useful!! There are so many great features and they work seamlessly, more important they are reasonably priced. The support is also nice, responsive, and helpful. Just upgraded to version 2.0 easily with the help of support team. Highly recommended!
