We have been using this app since we launched our Shopify store almost a year ago. The app is very easy to use and creates a nice, clean, easy to follow FAQ page. The customer support is amazing with fast turn around and assistance.

I really don't get this app. It calls itself a help center but for the life of me I could not get it installed and there was no help. The shopify menu instructions are either very poorly written or out of date. And there is no help!!
We'd more that happy to get a problem solved. Our support team is always here and ready to assist but here has been an issue in support request delivery. We were not aware of the HelpCenter installation problem in a shop Nigel Greene Electrical. Looking forward for you reply to the email we just sent.

Love this app and the support team! Great features. Easy to use... especially for a novice like me. Had my page up and running in no time. Needed customer support for a small navigation issue (operator error on my part--ugh) and Marius did a great job discovering what I'd overlooked when customizing my page. Thank you, Marius!

Very intuitive to use. Support is amazing and quick. I highly recommend using it. One feature is missing, is to allow multiple FAQ pages.

works perfect! I love it nic einterface, details, easy to use. Remember if you cant add the adress they tell you to the menu its because you must add the whole adress including your domain.

Its a Free App that does everything a FAQ could need. Why would you want anything else? This company is great to work with and it really is easy to use.

Oh wow. Just installed this app 30 minutes ago and our store FAQ page went from being a dinosaur to a Ferrari. SUPER easy to set up and add to the Menus. Really, really, happy right now. :)

It was easy to set up the FAQ page using this app. You could also drag and drop to arrange the sequence of various FAQs. I would suggest adding an option to edit the font size and this app will be perfect!

Fantastic tool, amazing its free! It was not needed to read the guidelines so easy was it to add it (with content). Supports gives quickly useful solutions.

Great stuff. Ready with the settings in 20 minutes + writing the questions and answers. I began to make my own FAQ page, but this is way easier. Cheers!

For the most part, the UX is good. On the back-end, if you accidentally delete anything, it's gone forever. You should be able to save and test out changes before anything permanent happens. I have also noticed that FAQ pages are not indexed by google. We have lots of rich, indexable content in our FAQs so this is actually a big deal for us. I reached out and asked when this would be fixed and was told that they plan to offer a premium version in the future that is more compatible with search engines but did not provide an ETA.
