for a great app, the sudden switch to asking us to pay for features that were previously available and DRASTICALLY cutting the number of FAQ articles that were available on the free plan for a ridiculous amount of money is daylight robbery. If I didn't have that many articles that I spent money on, I wouldn't have continued with this. but seems i have no choice.

The app isnt performing well, the font does not align with my theme setting and there's no way to fix it. It looks weird on the site. Updated:The problem was fixed. They contacted me and helped fix the issue quickly. Look nice on my site now!

What a fantastic bunch of guys to put this out for free, it works so well.. exactly what we needed and saved us a couple of hundred dollars to get it made by a developer.

THis is a MUST HAVE for any ecom site we use it for our Home and garden site https://wroughtironhaven.com it cuts down on emails and chat levels. Its also a really good quick ref guide for our customer service training to answer general questions about the store.

Simple, easy to use, works well. A little limited when it comes to presentation but for free there's nothing better out there.

I highly recommend this app if you are looking for an easy to navigate FAQ page that requires you to group your questions in sections. This turned our cumbersome and poorly designed FAQ into an easy-to-navigate dream come true! I just copied and pasted my existing content into the provided format and it was done in under 2 hours. Plus, the support was quick and very helpful (I had a question on changing the font size). 5 stars all the way!

Excellent app, super-responsive support and very good-looking simple interface. Exactly what's needed for an FAQ page. Would love to see this app expand into FAQs for product pages and collection pages. We're fans of Eoscity from now on! Thanks a lot for providing such superb solution, and for free. I have started using this app a few months ago, and I am happy with all functionality and the way its operate on my website. Also, their customer service is astounding. I contacted them on Sunday, and I got the reply within few minutes. I wanted customisation due to website colour, Marius helped me instantly with the solution. Highly recommended.

Love the look and the customer service. We needed a few minor custom changes on our page button and they got it done in a super timely manner! I would highly recommend this app, and will definitely use it again!
