This app is GREAT. Very easy to set up. Very easy to organize. Very easy to edit. Coding is required for customization. More text edits than just bold and italic would be nice.

The HelpCenter is super easy to use and builds a user friendly FAQ page in literally minutes. I needed one quick adjustment from their team ~ the response was fast, efficient and executed perfectly.

The FAQ page looks good and functions well. When I contacted support to ask for a few alterations with the padding and appearance they were very fast to help out and charged nothing for doing so. Thank you.

I was able to install this app and get our FAQ page up in less than 7 minutes total (I timed). I had one issue with our theme acting funny with the collapsing headers, but I reached out to support and they were very responsive and got the problem fixed in no time at all. Very happy with this app. And let's face it, the price is hard to beat!

It's very easy to use, and you can get a nice page. The font part in setting is a little bit confusing, you need to try to adjust it to get the good size.

Lovely app that is just about the perfect FAQ. Really like the ability to directly link to the faq and it expands the detail.

We have been using this app since we launched our Shopify store almost a year ago. The app is very easy to use and creates a nice, clean, easy to follow FAQ page. The customer support is amazing with fast turn around and assistance.
