I like the app because it gives you the oportunity to look professional in your ecommerce. It is simple to use.

We use the HelpCenter by Vertex LV Shopify App on our website PictarWorld.com. We would like to recommend the App - The flexibility of the app let us organize the Help Center and FAQ better, thanks to the 3 layers structure that is possible with the App. Furthermore, the app support is just great. We had a problem with the loading of the answers and Justas from the Support provided quick and efficient support to our problem.

We are using the app now as our FAQ. At the beginning we had some issue but thanks so their great customer support service, we solved it. It is nice product to use as FAQ. I also expect them to improve the product for SEO as well.

This app provided exactly what I was looking for in regards to functionality and design. Is simple to use and delivers a lovely layout. A must for those who wish to provide a quality FAQ section.

Fantastic app - it looks great and it's super easy to use. We've noticed a large decrease in the amount of customer emails we receive since installing the app too, which is just what we wanted. Super helpful customer service with fast response time. We'd absolutely recommend HelpCenter. Thanks guys!

What an incredibly simple to use app, and it is so hard to find a free app these days, I am delighted with this find, and will use it again on other stores I develop. I didn't need an FAQ, I was just looking for an 'accordion' facility to enable a better layout for a long page. This did exactly what I needed and works great, it even will follow your theme settings for fonts and colours which help for consistency and saving time! I had only one support question, which was to be able to change the URL. I got an almost immediate answer, with screenshot and solution. So I can even say superb support even as a non-paid user. Very well done to the developers of this app - and thank you so much!!

For free, it's a great app. Some of the text in the admin page needs a tidy (for example, when you add a section the info says "Your FAQ category name" which is confusing as there are also categories.) But it's very good for a free app. Really easy to set up a nested FAQ page it minutes. The addition of a search box is nice too!
