Quite easy to use and samples were also provided. Still in the midst of setting up. Hopefully it will be helpful.

We use the app for customer support dashboard and chose it because it's simple and straightward as our needs are not very elaborate. The decision, after using the app for 2 months, is proven to be excellent. Everything works as it should, and we don't need to think about using it, it's a logical extension, and it works flawless. Additional, when we encountered a problem, the support team went out off their way and did not just do their job but pointed out the exact cause of the problem which lied outside the app itself, so it was an easy fix!

user friendly, easy to use FAQ set up. Also looks good on the page, that was a huge plus for me!!!!!

Incredible value for the level of functionality, customization, easy to use and just overall beautiful design. Even for stores just getting stated the FAQ plan makes you look very professional for $5 a month, plus help you sort out your support tickets in a very organized matter. This is a must have.

The App is easy to setup and looks good. One small issue I had, team resolved quickly and up to expectations. Great App. For sure will keep using the app.

App support has been outstanding and so helpful in getting our app settings perfect! Product tabs and live chat are great; it's nice that both features are in the same app.

I tried every FAQ app here and this is the best freemium one. All of them restrict features for the free version and this app is the most usable if you decide not to upgrade.

We just started using FAQ page. They don't have many documents to read beforehand but the instruction video gives clear guidance and once you install the app, there is a section to answer general questions user might want to know. The interface is easy to understand and manage. If you know how to write a blog, it should be a piece of cake to manage this app. We needed an adjustment to the app's search function and the support team was fast and sincere in responding via email. Thank you Donatas and Ernestas for quick adjustments and for answering all my questions!

This app is fantastic. It has a low price and allows a big customization of the help center and faq's. Recommended.

Amazing support. I had several small tweaks that required coding and the support team had them all fixed within a few hours. The application runs smoothly and looks great on the store. Highly recommend.

AMAZING app and AMAZING customer service! I wanted to switch to a different FAQ app cause mine is very complictaed to handle. HelpDesk did all the transfer in a few days! Donatas was always here to help and always kept me updated about the progress of the transfer of the FAQs! Really great job, well done! 10/10

Customer service is fantastic and they announced chatbot is currently in development. At the moment is the best app relating to quality/price ratio and number of features. Well done."

J'ai contacté le service client pour un soucis d'affichage. Ils étaient très réactifs et à l'écoute. Bien que la communication par mail était assez longue (ne recevant pas de notification à chaque mail reçu), le problème a quand même été rapidement traité et réglé dans la journée même. Merci encore !
