This app is great, fulfilled basically all the needs that our store customer support department needed. (Integrate with gmail, facebook,UPS, orders and customer profile). special thanks to Romain Lapeyre, great demo and customer service experience. It would be even better if there is a yearly plan with discount :)

We have had a great experience using Gorgias. We switched over from Desk.com and have not been disappointed at all. We pay 1/5 the price and get more for it. Way more. Great product, great customer service. There are strong automation capabilities and all the features you would want to have your service desk equipped with. Highly recommend for anyone that has been tossing and turning over whether to choose Desk.com or ZenDesk.com. Be smart...choose Gorgias.

Support from Gorgias (esp Romain) has been above and beyond expectation. They really care about helping if you have questions or problems. Integration of support with Shopify is great. Really looking forward to seeing new features added in the future. Keep up the good work!

This app is amazing! We have been struggling trying to keep up with increased support emails and this app seamlessly integrated with our Shopify instance and allows us to automate a lot of our support responses. We were also able to integrate our Facebook and chat support which has decreased the amount of time that our technicians must spend answering calls as well as decreased the number of applications that needed to be used to respond to everyone. The support from the developers has been top notch and have taken our suggestions and work to implement them. Amazing app! Gorgias = Gorgeous for sure!

Due to increased support emails, we decided to try out Gorgias. We were pleasantly surprised by how well it integrates with Shopify, order data and customer data - everything gets pulled into Gorgias. Beside that, we also integrated Facebook support and Live chat support - this drastically decreased amount of support emails we received. What i liked the most is the support we received from developers, not only they answered all the questions, but also implemented a missing function we suggested - great work.

edit: Used to be free but suddenly changed to a subscription of $30 a month for the standard plan. And that's only for 600 tickets - their basic plan. When enquiring they said they sent out emails, which I never received. I went back to check as I have a specific email just for shopify apps in this store - then they assumed and said the email just got 'lost'. Good that they let me cancel the subscription without paying for something I was never notified about. ---- CEO reached out to me promptly and helped with removing Gorgias from mobile. Rating changed to 5 while I see how this goes. Will be trialling it out as I installed it thinking it would be a great app. ---- The chat integration part of the app is not compatible with certain iPhones and had been having conflicting issues with other apps. This led to customers being unable to close the chat once opened on mobile view and instead would just close my shop. Since it was urgent, I asked them if it's possible to turn it off for mobile but their lack of English skills was evident by their responses which had nothing to do what I was asking for. I asked 3 questions and they only answered what they wanted to answer. Furthermore, they took their time responding even though I let them know it was urgent and it got to the point where their staff was incredibly rude, condescending and unhelpful about helping me uninstall the code. Very frustrating.

I've only been using Gorgias for a short while but I'm blown away by how much they care about their users and their product. I haven't been able to explore all the features yet since my volume is low but it is very impressive and the guys behind it have been incredible with support, even offering one-on-ones to sort out any issues. This is the way support needs to be in 2017+. Great app!

I cannot go on about how much I love Gorgias. I was finding messages from customers across multiple social media platforms and my employees and I were constantly hunting where to answer people and so forth. THIS HAS BEEN A GOD SEND. Not only is their CEO unbelievable, he LISTENS and wants to make it user friendly. He's met with me over google chat to get me set up on multiple different integrations and looks into things i need personally. You just don't get that with many apps. I'm 100% sold and a customer for life. They are extremely quick to reach and overall a wonderful, up-to-date company that listens. You will NOT be disappointed in this app. They deserve more than 5 stars. It's the BEST app and customer service I have EVER used on shopify. KUDOS Gorgias! Romain, you're doing awesome things. Thank you a million times over for making something SO NEEDED and I am so grateful for your help and one-on-one time you've spent ensuring that things work well for me. You're 1 in a million!

I've only been using this for 24 hours and I can already say three things: 1) the feature set is SPOT ON for what I need as a small business. Everything I need with no extra fluff. 2) As a former SaaS developer and product manager, I especially appreciate the UI/UX, as well as the open, integration-friendly architecture. 3) Support is TOP-NOTCH. Pros: 1. Very good concept, I consider it the best among the customer communication apps. It's convenient to manage all communications and manage orders from the same interface. 2. The interface is clean, easy to navigate and find useful information. 3. Reasonably priced, has a very good beginner's deal. 4. Support is excellent, had a pleasant conversation, and they do listen to customers. Cons: The reason I did not give 5 star is this app seems unfinished, still need a lot of improvement to deliver what it promised: 1. If your domain e-mail is not g-suite, you may have e-mail delivery issue for outgoing e-mails; I know there are ways to work around this, but it's complicated and not documented by Gorgias. 2. Does not work nicely with contact forms, not able to hide contact form system information from customers . 3. Does not yet have a desktop app to work efficiently for LiveChat support. Overall, keep an eye on it, once this app gets mature, it will worth the money.
