We’ve been using Gorgias for several years now and just recently installed the AI bot. It was a seamless process to train the bot to cut down drastically on customer service tickets by automating responses to FAQs through the chat and providing quick response time. Gorgias support itself is always quick to resolve any issues. Would recommend as easy to use help desk software with some do the best AI tools on the market

Gorgias has been a fantastic tool for our customer service team to create more efficiency through the AI agent, and with the close shopify integration they don't have to go off platform to look up order details, meaning we get through more tickets. can't recommend gorgias highly enough to ecommerce businesses

Absolutely a game changer! Gorgias has completely transformed how we handle customer service on Yinzershop.com. In just the last 5 days, five separate customers specifically praised our support—and all the credit goes to this app. The automation and AI features do all the heavy lifting, letting us respond instantly and resolve tickets efficiently, which both our team and customers love. Gorgias has become the central hub for our customer support across all our Shopify stores. Instead of bouncing between email, chat, and social DMs, my team can see everything in one place, right alongside the customer’s order history and tags. That alone has made us faster and more organized. What really stands out now is the AI + automation. The AI-suggested replies are surprisingly accurate and on-brand once you train a few templates, and they’ve cut down the time it takes to answer common questions like order status, returns, and sizing. We also use rules and macros to auto-tag tickets, route them to the right person, and send instant responses after hours, so customers get help even when no one’s at the keyboard. Setup was straightforward, the Shopify integration is deep, and any time we’ve needed support, the Gorgias team has been responsive and helpful. If you’re running a growing Shopify brand and want to streamline support while taking advantage of AI automation instead of adding more headcount, Gorgias is absolutely worth it.

We recently encountered a billing issue with this app where we were overcharged $780 on October 24th, and we are still waiting for the refund to be processed. While mistakes can happen, the delay in resolving the overcharge is concerning. I’m sharing this so other users and businesses are aware and can keep an eye on their billing statements. I hope the team resolves this soon and improves the refund process moving forward.

The overcharge you mentioned was identified quickly as part of a broader infrastructure change, and a full refund was approved by our team right away. Unfortunately, because this refund is being processed through a different billing system, the delay this caused was less than ideal. We're consolidating internally to figure out avenues which will help us expedite similar requests in the future. Overall, we appreciate your feedback and the patience while we got this resolved.

I've been using Gorgias for over 4 years. I am astonished how much it changed for the better over time. This company truly listens to their customers, takes their feedback and makes improvements. We have been using the help desk, Ai agent and Ai Shopping Assistant. It is a game changer!

We’ve been using the Gorgias AI Agent for a few months now, and it’s been performing better than expected. It handled a recent customer issue (discount code not applying) completely on its own clear communication, accurate troubleshooting, and a fast resolution. Great experience with the AI Agent from Gorgias. This has helped our store optimize our CS team tasks, and customers are pleasantly surprised with it. We were hesitant at first, especially being a luxury brand, but the Gorgias team was amazing at helping us tailor it to fit our standards and handover tickets to human agents when necessary. We’ve been using Gorgias since 2017. It used to be an amazing tool -affordable, reliable, and backed by great people. Unfortunately, over the last couple of years, things changed. Prices went up disproportionately, our dedicated CSM was suddenly removed without notice, and support quality dropped drastically. When we finally decided to migrate to Re:amaze (which offered better pricing for the exact same features), Gorgias was anything but helpful during the transition. After eight years of loyalty, it’s disappointing to say this - but I can’t recommend Gorgias anymore.

I’m very impressed with Gorgias Helpdesk. After training the AI, it now handles a large share of support tickets automatically. This lets us run a lean support operation with only one part-time person managing cases that need a human touch or go beyond the AI’s current range. Choosing Gorgias over the four other options I reviewed turned out to be the right call.

Our Gorgias AI Agent had a query from a customer about whether the Primo Dolce close coupled WC has a gloss finish. What AI Agent did: • Confirmed that the WC features a double glaze finish described as polished, meaning it has a glossy surface. • Clarified the customer's assumption about the finish. • Offered assistance for any further questions. That clear communication earned a 5/5 CSAT with the comment: "AI was really helpful, and strangely knew all about my problem, and quickly resolved it. This is amazing service without any human interaction and Gorgias AI now resolves up to 35% of all our customer contacts.

We’ve been using the Gorgias AI pretty much since launch, and it completely transformed how we handle customer support. What used to take hours each day is now done in less than 30 minutes — and that’s mostly just me checking how good the AI handled everything. What really impressed me is how human and caring the replies are. It’s not just fast, short answers — the AI actually sounds thoughtful, empathetic, and appreciative, even when dealing with the more “demanding” customers. Honestly, it sometimes does a better job than humans at staying patient and on-brand. Only a handful of customers ever noticed that it’s AI, which says a lot. We’ve even integrated it with Loop for subscriptions, so it can cancel, modify, or manage requests automatically — no manual work needed. Overall, the Gorgias AI is the best example I’ve seen of real, practical AI in ecommerce. It saves us time every single day and delivers better customer experiences at the same time.
