AVOID Been with gorgias with 3 stores, the onboarding help was pretty much none existant, now they dont even have support chat, My tickets have been piling up for days, still no one has reached out. If anyone from giorgias is reading this please help

Regarding onboarding, the type of support offered depends on your annual revenue tier, as outlined on our Pricing page. If you hover over the ⓘ icon next to tiers of support under the Support from the Gorgias team toggle, you'll see a breakdown of which onboarding package applies to which revenue bracket. As for chat support, while our chat may occasionally be unavailable during peak periods or lower coverage windows, our email support remains open 24/7 - and we’re always here to help as quickly as possible. I had a look, and it seems your latest ticket was already addressed by our team. That said, if there’s anything still unresolved or you need further help, please don’t hesitate to reply to the thread - we’re more than happy to assist further.

This app has been working very well for us and I always get the help I need when there is an issue. The onboarding was easy. It works well with Yotpo and other app integrations. - We're quite pleased.

Very finnicky and so much extra navigation that's unnecessary. They delete all your data if you don't pay the subscription. So if you make a support page with A LOT of info like we did, make sure you save it. They don't care about you, just your money

This allows for flexibility in case you decide to return. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our privacy policy. Gorgias offers a lot on paper, but my experience didn’t quite live up to expectations. The setup process was more involved than I anticipated, and despite being billed for the AI Agent with Product Recommendations, the feature wasn’t yet available — I even had to join a waitlist for it. This was especially frustrating since my store is still in development. I canceled early on, but was still charged for the feature, which felt a bit unfair given it hadn’t launched yet. Support was courteous but didn’t really resolve the issue. Gorgias clearly has potential, and I can see it being a great tool once everything is fully in place. But for now, I’d suggest waiting until all features are live and fully accessible before committing.

However, the AI Agent for Sales - part of our broader AI Agent offering - has been available to merchants who activated it earlier, and the subscription includes capabilities beyond just product recommendations. Regarding billing, the charge reflects access to the full AI Agent suite, not just the Shopping Assistant - it can still help automatically respond to tickets. This is fully accessible even while other components are in beta. For features like product recommendations, you can already create powerful automated paths using Flows. These are customizable Q&A chat journeys that help guide shoppers and can drive conversions even without the Shopping Assistant. We’re always striving to improve our products, communication, and support, and we truly value your input. Impossible to get in touch with their support. Too much AI and automation sometimes doesn't work :)

The service lacks a proper spam filter. I can’t block email addresses or mark emails as spam. Additionally, I’ve been getting charged twice for months, paying €160 monthly instead of the expected amount. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend it.

Great onboarding and customer support. Very useful to organise and automate customer support tickets. 'Convert' is going to be very interesting too for boosting CVR and AOV.

Avoid! Ongoing outages and if you use their API you lose all record of any email responses sent. Gorgias has advised that there is no way to recover these emails except for manually forwarding emails to yourself. Resending every email ever sent via gorgias individually to your own email so that you have a record in gsuite is not realistic. They of course recommend their API due to google deliverability issues which of course they can't substantiate.
