I rarely require customer service as most information is easy to find and use, which is why I generally enjoy using Gorgias. What interaction we do have is always quick and efficient, however.

Service was quick and was able to get this issue solved promptly! It was nice that they provided photos, but I did notice that their settings looked different from ours, so that did make it a little confusing since we did not have the same options available. However, they were still able to get us to the right spot.

Great customer service. Some app partners we have are very dismissive when I reach out to them, but Gorgias always goes above and beyond to make sure there is clarity and that I actually understand the answer. Special should out to Emilija who assisted me on my last inquiry : )

Absolutely incredible! The team is so fast at handling issues/fixing them and always taking suggestions for new features as well. They are SO helpful. The Gorgias system itself is a game-changer. It has allowed our team to handle customers' requests faster and create a better experience for everyone. I can't believe we went so long without Gorgias. SO thankful!

Such a great team! Their support agents are quick and helpful, as well as our awesome CSM! I definitely appreciate the town hall meetings and how client-focused the whole team is at Gorgias. They're always eager to hear from their clients and always pushing to make the app better for us.

From the very first interaction with Gorgias, our experience has been and continues to be brilliant. Our replatforming of our ticketing software was relaxed, easy and without any major issue. All minor issues were dealt with in a timely and patient manner. We are now up and running with a really cool system and our agents love it! The flexibility and intuitive design has made everyone's workload easier.

I've been asking to have someone in support cancel my account. And I keep getting the runaround. Feels like my account is being held hostage. Either give users the ability to cancel their accounts, or provide clear instructions on how this can be done.

Regarding trial accounts, they're automatically deactivated after 7 days, while all the details are fully deleted after 90 days. This will apply to your trial account as well, and there'll be no charges. One of our team members will follow up shortly and assist you with any other query you may have. We are a small online store, but would rate Gorgias very highly. The App works great for our small team, making it easy to work together to swiftly resolve customer issues. Customer support has been excellent from Gorgias both with implementation, which we found quite easy and the ongoing support for when we need help. Rules and Macros have saved us loads of time, and the Self Service help desk is a great help too. Before we used a much cheaper app that did not have the functionality, but didnt have the investment. But we have spent more, but saved more time as we grow. We are glad to have made the move.
This is simply music to our ears. It is always a pleasure to learn that our hard work is recognized and appreciated by our customers. ๐ We are sincerely grateful to you for choosing us in the first place and for sharing your story. Let's keep growing together! ๐ #TAPPHeroes

I contact them whenever I have any questions and they always explain things kindly and in detail. I have received a lot of help in using the Gorgias site.

Don't think twice about making the switch if you are on the fence. Our company had been using Zendesk for over 10 years when we made the switch. Not only do we love the features of Gorgias more than Zendesk, but the cost is substantially lower. I am also impressed with the level of customer service they provide. We made a mistake on our end and they actually took care of us! We did not have any expectations, but their response to our situation was swift and extremely classy! They make it unreasonably difficult to cancel a subscription. Just try to locate the button to cancel Gorgias (spoiler: you can't!) You first need to start a live-chat with an employee to get rid of Gorgias, which is ridiculous and tedious... We live in 2023, not 1999....
