Not perfect, but close enough for a "free app" to add an optional shipping insurance at checkout. Support was available to live chat during the day and helpful!

Testing the plugin for around half a month now and can't say too much about the functionality yet. Setting up the autopilot was really very easy. But what I would like to emphasize is the really fast and dedicated support. We had a few set-up difficulties and problems with our theme, which the support and the developers solved for us on their own, really great, thank you very much!

Just got the app today, but so far it is exactly what I want. Lasandra was SO helpful in helping me add some CSS to customize the look. I have never had shopify app support offer so much help. Usually they tell you to hire a developer.

This app is amazing!! Not only does it add to my bottom line (making more revenue through upsells) but support was EXTREMELY helpful. They don't ghost you like some other apps. I was having issues with images not displaying on the upsell popup and not being able to add the bundle to the cart. After sending me a collab request, they resolved it completely in a couple of hours. The staff is really attentive and makes me assured if something goes wrong, they can fix it. Highly recommend!!
