Just got the app today, but so far it is exactly what I want. Lasandra was SO helpful in helping me add some CSS to customize the look. I have never had shopify app support offer so much help. Usually they tell you to hire a developer.

This app is amazing!! Not only does it add to my bottom line (making more revenue through upsells) but support was EXTREMELY helpful. They don't ghost you like some other apps. I was having issues with images not displaying on the upsell popup and not being able to add the bundle to the cart. After sending me a collab request, they resolved it completely in a couple of hours. The staff is really attentive and makes me assured if something goes wrong, they can fix it. Highly recommend!!

I have used this app for a few months now to add a gift box in the cart page. It is so simple to set up and looks clean and neat - I had another app I installed interfere with it and the team at In Cart Upsell were so quick to help and they had it all sorted in no time at all (Thanks Lasandra!). Would absolutely recommend.
