I was very impressed with the customer service. I needed help and LaSandra was very responsive and went out of her way to make an adjustment so the app could work for what I needed. Very happy and definitely recommend.

I have used this app for a few months now to add a gift box in the cart page. It is so simple to set up and looks clean and neat - I had another app I installed interfere with it and the team at In Cart Upsell were so quick to help and they had it all sorted in no time at all (Thanks Lasandra!). Would absolutely recommend.

Can't fault them! Lassandra and their dev team made some CSS alterations to help the cart addon match my website styling which looked great. I am so happy with the service and result of their work. How fenerous as I am on the paid version atm.
