I cannot tell you guys how much extra profit this app has generated for me, this is a must for any e-commerce business, Costumer support is amazing and outstanding, the app it self is super reliable, super affordable for everything that it does! To start I just use the free version, but it's great and the support is really good. Had a problem setting it up correctly and the developer helped me out! Great!

I have been using this app for one year without any issues. Something came up and it's no longer working the way it should. Now, I have been talking back and forth to the developer team for over 3 weeks without any success to fix it.

This is the app I've been looking for years. Installation was super easy and it seems to work with pretty every theme out there... but if not, the support is awesome. 5 stars. Love it and use it every single day.

Does the job when you want to up-sell a product or offer, and fantastic customer service response so far. However, the customization is a bit tricky so it requires a bit of trial and error to get the design right. Also, I believe there is quite some work to be done on the app's analytics/data to show actual figures vs "potential revenue".
Hello! This is Sean, the Customer success manager here. Thanks for taking the time to leave us this review! We will certainly take your feedback regarding customization being tricky and work on that. Regarding analytics on how your offers are performing, I'm afraid that due to Shopify restrictions regarding levels of developer access to the checkout page, our app can't track how many actual sales were completed on your store - we can only track how many times a customer on your store used the offer box to add one or more items into your cart (and what the total value of those items upsold were). So we can track everything up into the checkout page, but we can't track whether a customer actually finished checkout (making it an official sale). I hope that makes sense? And again, that is an unfortunate Shopify restriction that we can't work around :( If you have any suggestions for us otherwise, we'd love to hear them! We love feedback like this, because it helps us to know what to improve with our app next! Thanks so much. PS - If you are willing to bump this up to 5 stars, we would be so grateful! Great app and excellent customer support. Easy to install and videos are very helpful. Highly recommend this app, upsell's definitely increase AVO, just look at the statistics. The app is an asset, not a liability! It makes you money.

Just installed, so far foot is working well and has increased our average order value by $1-2. I wish they would have some extra features such as using this tool for upsells directly after specific products are added to cart as well.
