This app is so easy to customize and I really feel it is a gentle sales tactic... nothing flashy or obnoxious about it. I am excited to see how our customers respond to it, but as far as ease of use, level of customization, and good support I give it 5 stars.

In Cart Upsell is truly amazing. How simple is that? Offer my customers the next-best-product automatically on their cart page! No popups. Wow - wish we found this months ago. Very easy to setup, great support. My new favorite app!

We've been using this app for maybe a year now and we love it! I recently tried doing some tricky conditional things with my offerings and Takeen helped me figure out everything really quickly. This app has brought in so much in additional sales. We totally recommend!

Customer support was excellent in making changes to help this app look better in my cart. It works well - and the AI recommended products end up getting added to the cart ~70% of frequently than when I suggest only one product that I choose.

This app is fantastic. No annoying pop ups for the customers to deal with. And when I had a small problem they responded to me within the hour and fixed it. Can’t recommend enough. A must have app!

I have been using this app for one year without any issues. Something came up and it's no longer working the way it should. Now, I have been talking back and forth to the developer team for over 3 weeks without any success to fix it.

very nice support and very fast. I like it, it looks good. You can customize a lot and support (Benedict) helps really quickly. I didn't know by now how customers use it, but I think it will be fine. I took the second plan, because I didn't like the logo text underneath the offer. But I hope to make enough sales to be worth the cost soon :-)

Does the job when you want to up-sell a product or offer, and fantastic customer service response so far. However, the customization is a bit tricky so it requires a bit of trial and error to get the design right. Also, I believe there is quite some work to be done on the app's analytics/data to show actual figures vs "potential revenue".
Hello! This is Sean, the Customer success manager here. Thanks for taking the time to leave us this review! We will certainly take your feedback regarding customization being tricky and work on that. Regarding analytics on how your offers are performing, I'm afraid that due to Shopify restrictions regarding levels of developer access to the checkout page, our app can't track how many actual sales were completed on your store - we can only track how many times a customer on your store used the offer box to add one or more items into your cart (and what the total value of those items upsold were). So we can track everything up into the checkout page, but we can't track whether a customer actually finished checkout (making it an official sale). I hope that makes sense? And again, that is an unfortunate Shopify restriction that we can't work around :( If you have any suggestions for us otherwise, we'd love to hear them! We love feedback like this, because it helps us to know what to improve with our app next! Thanks so much. PS - If you are willing to bump this up to 5 stars, we would be so grateful! Great app and excellent customer support. Easy to install and videos are very helpful. Highly recommend this app, upsell's definitely increase AVO, just look at the statistics. The app is an asset, not a liability! It makes you money.
