Been using this app for a while now, and the setup wizard they have makes it easy to implement the pop-up on both desktop & mobile. Customer service has always been available for questions and to help out.

This app helps our customers 'not forget' complementary products many often need, e.g., colouring pencils to go with their 3D cardboard colour-in toy; remover to go with their nail polish; etc. We also use it to offer smaller add-on products which are outside what people seek us out for (e.g., we're an eco toystore, and use this app to offer bamboo toothbrushes). Easy to use app. Super responsive support team who have helped us adjust as we needed. Highly recommend.

We found this app to be very easy to use and whenever we got stuck support was ready to jump in and help. So far we've seen good results from the upsells we have added.

I had a problem with getting 2 offers on the same page at the same time. Unfortunately the app cannot show 2 at the same time, but customer support was great and replied back immediate with my questions. The app does support 2 (if one is accepted, then the second will pop up), so still a great app. I would give this 5 stars if there was an option to allow two at the same time. But overall , good customer service and good app.

The app increased my avg order value very quickly. It's minimal enough and can be color- coordinated to fit in with the site. Customer service is good- quick replies. 4 -stars because I would love a bit more data from them, like which parts of offers are being clicked on, but I know they're working on it.

The In Cart Upsell app helped to increase our average order and conversion rate within a couple of days. I kid you not! At this point, I created a Cross-sell Upsell opportunities Google sheets that breaks down all of our upsells. For example -- What would a person that buys a pipe, bubbler or bong, etc purchase? [Product] ----> Column 1 Crossell/Upsell #1, Column 2 Cross-sell/Upsell #2, Column 3 Crossell/Upsell #3. Love this app!!! Their support team is awesome too! They respond very quickly! I have ZERO complaints!

We were looking for a simple, affordable upsell app and fortunately found this one! It paid itself off within the first few days. Give it a try and if you have any trouble, the support staff is real quick to respond (even on a Sunday!)

A simple and effective way to make customers increase their spending. Great support team as well! There was a minor glitch to our site because the codes were combining with another app but it was solved right away.
