Easy to use app, and fantastic customer service. We were able to adjust settings, add custom css and get our questions answered quickly through their customer service in-app chat.

One of the best Shopify Cross-sell Apps out there, especially when we are talking about In Cart functionality. Definitely recommends it to all of you who have In Cart on their website + their support is equally great.

I just started using this app last week, so I can't yet speak to its efficacy at upselling, but I have been VERY IMPRESSED with the customer service via the app's chat service -- Lasandra was so helpful refining the way my upsell appears. When I was asking for nit-picky things, she dove right in and created some custom CSS to do what I wanted. She stuck with me until I was 100% satisfied, even working with me on small tweaks over the course of a few days. I have not experienced high-quality, dedicated customer service like this in a long time. I look forward to seeing how the app performs!

Super easy to set up although there were some problems with the setup wizard on my shopify theme. As I already read in the other comments: Fastest support I have ever seen on any customer service. Just told them my problem via chat an literally hald a minute later my problem was solved and included to my shop. Awesome!

The fastest customer service I've seen on Shopify. They had my issue resolved in minutes and I was back in the app creating offers easily.

they charge me for an app that doesn't even work properly. they want me to pay a developer to fix their broken app. after being a customer for 2 years, their app breaks, blames my site when it was untouched, and then wanted me to pay a developer to fix the code that is causing their to not work. on a free shopify theme.

Have only been using for a week. Within the first three days of using this app, we sold over 60 units of a product we'd been trying to shift for 6 months. Had one design request change, developer fixed immediately. Very happy, great customer service, looking forward to seeing sales grow.
