I can't get the Chat bubble to disappear from my website home page. It hides the language preference icon and makes navigation difficult. I've asked for help several times and have been waiting for an answer for a week, but nothing happens. I'm really disappointed. This application is neither user-friendly nor logical.

I use this app to communicate with my customers and its a great tool to have, especially when you're always on the go.
You cannot change the "Chat with Us" title on the app, please help with this. Also if you can add a picture circle option so that when visitors open the chat they can see who they are speaking to, it would make communication much more personal. The option to add a circle picture would be incredible and I'll change my review.
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We have actually added the chat avatar feature you suggested to help make communication more personal. You can enable and manage your avatar at inbox.shopify.com under Settings > Message preferences > Avatar. After selecting "Use admin profile picture", the picture will appear in the circle in the chat as you have described. You also should be able to change the title and icon of the chat widget. From your shop's admin at admin.shopify.com, select Inbox under "Sales channels". Clicking the "Customize chat" button will take you to an editor in which you can modify the colors, icon, wording, positioning, and greeting message of the chat widget. For the text, we have preset options as well as the option to remove the text and just have an icon. I love Shopify Inbox for our business. It's great for chatting with our customers in real time. The app shows FAQs to the customers, and we can use quick answers for the most common ones. The only improvement is to show the chat unavailable when customers are reaching out outside business hours. Today, there is no difference.
Great feature for staying connected to customers.
There's no way to restrict notifications from reaching you at all hours! Even if you set the times the chat is "available" you still get a notification on the app every single time a customer messages no matter the time. This is a basic feature they should have.
Thanks for sharing your feedback, we understand that this would be frustrating and have shared it with our product team. Currently we do not have a way to restrict notifications during certain hours within our app. A solution for the time being could be to snooze notifications on your device during your unavailable hours. On iOS this is set under the "Focus" settings (i.e. you can silence the Inbox app specifically during certain hours). On Android this should be called "notification snoozing". Hope that helps!
