It has worked very well. Honestly made the customer service job so much easier for me! The only thing I wish it offered is a way to link the chat to help direct customers to it.

Very good for quick replies to customers. It does have small issues with offline / online status changes but thats minor.

It is easy to set up and it is a plus that it is part of the Shopify suite of software.

I would like to recommend that all the buyers automatically reflect on inbox

Would be good if replies were automatically saved as "Drafts" so that I can go back to them. Exit page to check something and the email disappears!
