Using this app helps me help my clients to find what they are looking for. You have made it easy to send them links of the products. I enjoy when my Iwatch dings and I rush to get to my computer so that I can help my clients find what they are looking for. I wish more of my client will use this chat app to talk with me. Shopify has decided that we no longer need to see statistics of how our staff are doing in Shopify inbox and removed: 1. Average response time and mainly 2. Sales Why would you even think that we don't need to see performance of this sales channel? Shopify support was NOT able to solve this.

Since I began using Shopify for our e-commerce needs, I have found the platform to be exceptionally user-friendly and efficient. The intuitive interface and extensive features have made managing our online store both straightforward and enjoyable.
