So far so good, instalation process was easy, configuration done without any issues and the app is working perfectly.
Great tool to communicate with prospective customers. Easily available to chat and assist customers with their enquiries.
This app has been very helpful for the customers wanting to reach out directly through chat vs an email or phone call. I've been using it for a few years now and I would recommend it.

We use Shopify inbox daily. We love it and it has helped us grow as a company and connect with our customers.
It has worked very well. Honestly made the customer service job so much easier for me! The only thing I wish it offered is a way to link the chat to help direct customers to it.
Very good for quick replies to customers. It does have small issues with offline / online status changes but thats minor.
It is easy to set up and it is a plus that it is part of the Shopify suite of software.
So far it has been a very good experience.....Keep going!
