It is a nice customer service app to add to be able to converse with our customers and to be alerted to when they ask questions and need answers. It can be done at all hours and we personally find that convenient Robin~ Midnight Magic Lingerie

Sehr guter Dienst. Wir können viele Fragen sofort klären und so den Kaufabschluss fördern. Auch sind Fragen per E-Mail und telefonische Anfragen weniger geworden.

It does what it says on the tin, there are occasions I do miss the messages, but I'm not sure if that's my end of Shopify's but on the whole communication is good.
