I am extremely impressed with this app! It offers real-time communication and seamless integration, making customer interactions smooth and efficient. Amazingly easy and great to use! We have moved from all kinds of support like social medias etc to to this 100% solo. Easy and perfect!

It's generally excellent. The only issue is that it doesn't work flawlessly in Chrome or Edge. It works fine in Firefox. If the bugs causing it to not work perfectly in Chrome and Edge could be sorted out, it would be brilliant. Separately, it would be good if the message sound in the app on an iPhone could be edited as, for me, it's a bit quiet, so it is easy to miss a chat
