Shopify has decided that we no longer need to see statistics of how our staff are doing in Shopify inbox and removed: 1. Average response time and mainly 2. Sales Why would you even think that we don't need to see performance of this sales channel? Shopify support was NOT able to solve this.

Sometimes it won't load on my phone. But overall I like it.
Inbox makes interacting with our customers super easy. The "Quick Replies" that you can set up have saved us a lot of time having to answer the same question over and over.
