Works well for us to date. Easy to set up and configure. Would prefer if it was styled so you do not have to scroll-up to read instant answers though.

It is extremely helpful to have the Shopify Inbox available to our customers, and we love getting the notification that we have a message from a customer. Sending them a response back is super easy too! Thank you Shopify!!! We are customers for life and couldn't run our dog supply business without the Shopify app!
