I like the inbox app a lot - I can use it from my browser or from my phone so even when I'm on the go I can chat with customers! I set an away message but unfortunately it's so awesome and sounds like me that my customers sometimes reply to me like I'm actually starting a conversation but that's something I'm just going to have to figure out!

great app, but it would be good to have some sort of notification there is an email waiting (like a sound or something)

A great way to communicate directly with shoppers at the exact moment when they might hesitate about a purchase, with the added benefit of getting first-hand feedback about your products and services.

The app is okay. It would be nice to be able to forward messages to other staff members who are not listed on the shopify list. We have staff who simply answer products questions and have no need for access to shopify.
