Super simple integration with great features. It's a straightforward app that makes communicating with website visitors easy, while removing all the unnecessary functionality/services from other chat bots.

Easy to use, all coms in one place - customers do complain though about the wigget popping up all the time.

Allows us to connect to visitors and customers at the right time, right when they're shopping - and gracefully handles when we're not available. Great product which helps us deliver a great service.

Shopify me Inbox allows me to respond in a timely manner to request and questions, when I am away from my shop. Like any other app, there are hiccups, but my Customer Respond Rate has gone up and that helps with sales. Good app, Sam

Very helpful in letting us answer some of the most common ones we get 24 hours a day for customers world-wide! It gets them the answer they want to purchase right away and frees up our staff so we can keep building here at Santa's workshop.
