inbox还有的缺陷是在编辑信息框里，在有字符的前面不能使用enter段落符，还有不能在当前的信息页继续编辑信息框，因为会自动跳到最底部的信息页面才能继续编辑信息。我们通常需要按照跟客户之前的回复信息，再进行编辑信息。但是如果自动跳到最底部的话，就需要重新翻看之前的聊天记录

I'd love it to be better integrated with the admin pages - aside from that - its pretty neat!

The inbox for windows has been great. For some reason I cant access it with my phone, my only complaint about the app.

Loving this app so far, I was converted from a different app and it's the best thing I done. I have had more people use our live chat in the past 24 hours then I had on our old system in the 6 months we had it. Easy to use.
