we migrated from a paid livechat to save funds. so far it works for what we need, primarily a B2B busienss. The addition of the unified inbox assists greatly so that one person can manage the inboxes for all stores. It would be great if there was an automatic assignemnt feature so that only one perosn got notifications rather than all the users. the assigned user could then assign it to another if necessary.

Very helpful app to communicate quickly with my customers no matter where I am at. I like how easy it was to install it and that it includes a mobile app so I get notifications right away when customer needs assistance.
