Very easy to use and practical. We depend on it to stay in touch with our customers.
Our customers use it A LOT so it has been a great addition. The only thing that has kept me from giving 5 stars is the chat is a little glitchy. Some people don't see messages and think we are ignoring them even though we have sent replies. Also some newer messages arrive before older ones making the chain confusing. Otherwise a great addition to our store.
Pretty good, Notifications are a only ok (completed messages still appear unread in the mobile app after being read in the online store). Other than that it's fine.
Great, at no additional cost, but would be good if you could paste screenshots rather than having to save and attach
I love that I can stay up to date and informed when my customers need me. Shopify Inbox keeps my customers calm until I can get to their questions and they enjoy the easy use too. I especially enjoy the fact that there are answers that I can give to the system for helping my customers when I'm away after hours.
Easy way to manage store convos. I wish that it didnt log you out after a set point in time though. Other than that the app is great!

Super simple integration with great features. It's a straightforward app that makes communicating with website visitors easy, while removing all the unnecessary functionality/services from other chat bots.
Easy to use, all coms in one place - customers do complain though about the wigget popping up all the time.

I would recommend it, but sometimes it is hard to find.
