great tool for converting through chats. an easy and quick way to communicate always puts customers at ease.
There was a notification that we had a message from our store. That was wonderful and were able to resolve the issue. I so appreciate that notification.
We really appreciate this app and are glad it's part of the free ecosystem of Shopify apps and add-ons. Customers use it frequently and we can set our hours and auto-replies, which is important as a small business.
I don't mind the chat. I don't need to be notified of every reply if I'm online talking to the customer. I was still being notified of replies an hour after a conversation ended. it was annoying. I also shut off the email notice I had over 100 notices in my inbox. That seems extreme.
easy to answer our customers questions.
I'm not sure how many conversion that I get from this service but I help a lot of people with their pet's care.

we migrated from a paid livechat to save funds. so far it works for what we need, primarily a B2B busienss. The addition of the unified inbox assists greatly so that one person can manage the inboxes for all stores. It would be great if there was an automatic assignemnt feature so that only one perosn got notifications rather than all the users. the assigned user could then assign it to another if necessary.
