Very helpful to message our customers
It's very beneficial for us merchants now that Shopify Inbox includes these features with the subscription.
This is an excellent app for customer follow-up enquiries, but we get duplicate e-mails into our inbox and these tend to pile up. A suggestion would be for the app developer to add a WhatsApp or similar notice to alert us 24/7 that there is an e-mail (perhaps even including the active link) awaiting our attention. This would lead to far quicker response times across international time lines.
Helpful to stay connected to customers in real time
I love this app. It allows me to respond to customers as soon as possible, easily share product links with them, see the items on their cart and provide better customer service.
this is by far the easiest way to talk quickly to new prospects. We convert 22% of every inquiry and have tested competitive options. Kudos to the Shopify team for making something so USEFUL!

I have only had a few chats initiated since I installed this app, but it has worked well for me.
For a free app this is really good, is it perfect, no but its certainly a useful addition to any store.
