Genial que sea más que un chat. Me gustó que se puede vender a través de esta aplicación y que las conversaciones quedan cerradas o abiertas. Las respuestas automáticas es lejos lo que mis clientes y no clientes usan :)

The app started off pretty rough, but Shopify has done a great job of improving it. Highly recommend as it integrates nicely with the Shopify dashboard.

works really well, pop ups on your phone, can tag items for customers so see, and i love how you can customise your auto answers

Great app for communicating with customers. Makes things a lot easier rather than having to manage in email. No chance of customers communication going into SPAM

instagram request messages dont show images, which is a hassle. otherwise its pretty useful to have all messages in one platform

So far so good. The app is generating sales and very happy with how it is performing. It was easy to set up too.

Very easy to use and give me lot of info for the customer in chat, very helpful with previous order history, current what the customer have in shopping cart...etc. Good app to shopify store. thanks a lot.

Now I don't need another app for my online chat. It's easy to set up quick/automated replies. Also has easy customizable options to match your store.

The Inbox app helps me connect to my customers quicker when am not on the computer. I really like how I can easily look up & share Products and Discounts from the app.

Pretty good for a free app. I like how it shows notifications on my phone as well, so I can reply my customers wherever I am. Thanks for a great app! :)

缺点：界面色彩单一，太枯燥了，没有表情，不能搜索对话或者归类，自定义标签，建议像facebook messager学习， 其他功能很好，非常好用，而且与shopify商城结合紧密，可以看到客户的加购等动作，希望以后不要收费，谢谢

I used this app and love corresponding with my customers who have questions, issues and or concerns. The best thing to come along since regular chat used this app for the first time to chat with customers and have delighted with the sales results. Try it, you'll like it.

Prima app, voordelen het is gratis maar de layout is ook mooi voor op je shop. Ook het dashboard werkt prima, echt een aanrader!
