La uso da pochi giorni, ma al momento non posso che dichiararmi totalmente soddisfatto. App gratuita, totalmente configurabile e ovviamente perfettamente connessa al mio e-commerce. Al momento non trovo difetti. Top!

This is a great app so far. Would love a way to bookmark, star, or prioritize open chats or create some kind of ticketing system. As sometimes there is follow-up required with some questions. Also would love the ability to save/organize/tag chats.

Very happy with the app. The only thing I wish it could do is to easily create a new order from the app as opposed to having to log into the last order in Shopify.

J'utilise Shopify Inbox pour faciliter les échanges avec les clients de mon site e-commerce. Cela permet à mes clients de me poser très facilement leurs questions, et à moi d'y répondre tout aussi facilement. De cette façon, je suis sûr de n'oublier personne, et d'avoir une bonne réactivité. This app works quite well. I do wish it had some more pro level features, but it is a great app for interfacing with your customers.

Excellent chat system. I wish it had AI integrated into it as it adds a lot of functionality and capabilities. Imagine if we did not have to re-respond the same answer to the same repetitive question that would be asked differently occasionally or have it communicate and automatically translate our response in the user's native language. Maybe we can upload PDF and docs and give the AI all of our files, instructions, and guidelines about our product and the system and can provide any information the end user is asking.
