The app works really well and is super simple to set up. It's very nice that it sends notifications to your phone and computer. I was hesitant about adding a chat feature to our store, as I thought there would need to be someone manning it at all times of the day. However, you can set up available hours and if a message is received outside these hours, you can follow it up via email at a later time.
We switched from another chat app and this one is far superior. It is integrated with orders and pulls up the customer history in the sidebar which is so helpful. I like the quick replies as well. Being able to reply on a mobile phone or laptop is also a plus.
Recently installed this - So far so good! A great way to answer some FAQ's quickly and the app works well so we can rely promptly.
No complaints. Are there apps that might do more tricks? Probably. But this thing just works on the basics, it integrates everything I need, and I really only have positive things to say. Something to be said about having something basic, good looking, and super reliable.

I find "Shopify Inbox" an easy app to use. It's a great way for (potential) customers to get in touch and ask questions about your products or services.
Funktioniert gut, man kann die Anfragen sofort bearbeiten, ohne am PC zu sein. Sehr praktisch, wenn man viel unterwegs ist.
Notifications are timely and easy to address on my phone or the computer. The auto-answers option is awesome.
The inbox really helps communications with customers. I'd like to have the app send an email to my inbox once I get a message.

In terms of the feedback you've provided regarding how the enter button functions when sending a message to an offline customer, I can see why you'd prefer for the text to skip to the next line rather than sending a message to the customer each time. Great app! Shopify keeps improving to present solution to its customers always making it easier to have an online store.
It's great to have the opportunity to be close to your customers at anytime and be able to guide and help.
Easy to use! Adding it to a second website! Not sure if I like having FB and IG integrated with it, but all messages are in one place.
