I already had a "Contact Me" link on my site. Since adding the live chat, customer interaction has gone up considerably. Many have resulted in immediate sales.

launched my website and made my first sale after 3 days! That may not sound like much as to other businesses, but it was for my small business and this chat was what made it happen because I was able to chat with the customer and she placed the order! so happy

I like the app because it helps me communicate with customers quickly which in turns increases sales. I also like that you can assign a team member to answer the chat.

It's easy to use, but as an instant chat tool, there is one place that your team needs to optimize, that is, when the seller has something to communicate with customers, the seller can't find the instant chat portal on the order page of shopify, so this suggestion is optimized to make the chat tool better meet the needs of seamless communication between merchants and customers. The chat feature is a good feature. It gives customers (and owners) a chance to ask questions and give answers, if not right away, within a reasonable time.

I had no issues with the app. I ditched facebook chat for this one on all my websites and I have absolutely no regrets!

I use this app to communicate with my customers and so far this is the best app I have used for this purpose.

Good APP. There are suggestion that I can read the picture on inbox from facebook or meta. Please show the picture in Inbox, thanks.

Very easy to use, you can receive customer information in a timely manner, and customers can chat with me without registering. And it's free, I would recommend it to my friends.

The app has helped us easily communicate with customers which in turn has increased our sales. The only thing I've noticed is it goes down once in awhile and I need to re-signin. Overall - it's been great.

There are a lot of negative reviews about this app, but I've been using it for a couple of years and really like it. It has improved a lot over that period. It used to be that messages could get lost, but that's not the case anymore. You can see if a customer is still online and if they're not the replies are sent by email. IOS users get the replies via Apple Chat (if you set that up). Ideally, I'd like the option to be able to hide the icon and instead link to chat, e.g. from a contact-us page or in a menu, but otherwise it works for us. Great app for no additional cost.

i love the site but need more understanding why customers not buying but lots of traffic on website.
