Great so far, but it will be nice to add a chat review for quality customer service purposes.

I dealt with Brionna this evening and she was amazing. The help she gave me was amazing. I couldn't have done the set up without her help. She is one of the most patient people I've ever dealt with. I wish everyone took the time to explain everything to me and never did I feel rushed or like I was annoying her. She is an absolute asset to Shopify.

We needed a simple chat plugin that was easy to onboard and Shopify Inbox met those needs perfectly. It was easy to onboard and customize and it being a free app for us to try live chat with was also a big selling feature. We do miss the integration with messenger though!

It gets the job done. It allows me to communicate easily with both new and existing clients. The settings are also adjustable on my cell phone I would recommend this app

I can't fault the Shopify inbox. It's user friendly. Packed with lots of data to be able to see customer analytics while emailing them. Shopify have made my life so much easier. I highly recommend.

Incredible app on so many levels. Shopify has done a good job keeping the app incredibly simple, easy to use and cross-device. That being said, this app lacks some very basic integration tools that knock it down from 5 to 3 stars. It would be amazing if it could do something as simple as integrate with Google sheets for reporting, Slack for notification and team tracking, etc. A Zapier integration would be really appreciated!

It's easy to use and notifies you when customers message you. The only thing I wish it did is text you when someone reaches out. They do have an app, though!
