The app really seems great and was an exciting prospect for our store, but unfortunately there's currently a killer flaw: the inability to turn off pre chat form. Requesting a visitor's name and email before talking with them first will greatly reduce the number of people that contact us. People are wary to share their information and it's an unnecessary first step. Hopefully Shopify developers will make it possible to turn off this feature soon.

Sehr cooles Feature, um mit den Kunden sehr nah und schnell zu kommunizieren. Einfach in der Implementierung und auf jedem Gerät erreichbar. Ist man nicht so schnell, dann geht es nahtlos per Mail weiter. Könnte einfacher und besser kaum sein. Vielleicht in Zukunft noch mit einem Bot, der die Wartezeit zur Erfassung der Bestellnummer nutzt und intern direkt verknüpft.

This App is very convenient to use for all of your messages to custumers. You can notice immediately any asked question from them and answer back immediately as well. Good customer service is very important for my business. I recommend this App.

目前感觉还不错,整体操作比较简单,界面也整洁清爽,与店铺适配度非常好,这一点是其他插件无法比拟的。希望聊天框可以更加只能一下,比如实时翻译各种语言,可以提高商店的客户接访效率,也能给客户带来更加快捷的体验。希望在实时翻译上,能尽快得到完善,谢谢~

A great app, especially as it's free. It's missing just one thing that would make it on par with many of the chat systems that charge $$$ Add email piping. So sending an email to a specific email address creates a conversation. This would make this premium, easily.

It is intuitive instantly - by the way I would remove the 25 word limit on this review as I nearly just got out of it as it was annoying to have to write 25 words when busy

It seems to be working fine, which is strange considering it is a Shopify-made app. By the way, there is a bug with the official Bundles created using the new official app. In fact, bundles are always showed as not in stock in the chat on buyer side (of course they are not). They appear in stock from admin side, even in Inbox, but not on the chat. That's strange and must be solved asap

chat icon is directly over Checkout button for some themes and diasables function of it. not recommended...

Is there a way to have it optional providing the name and email address to continue the chat? It might discourage people from starting a chat at all if they want to ask just a quick question.
Hi, thank you for your review. For context, the reason behind the email address requirement prior to chatting is to allow merchants to follow up with customers in case they leave the chat or store. For a free app it works fine. If basic message templates were added for instant answers that would save us a lot of time. Other apps have them. Easy, peasy.
