Eigentlich ein wirklich tolles Tool! Wir verkaufen jedoch international und es gibt keine Übersetzungsoptionen. Das ist sehr mühsam, weil wir immer alles in Google übersetzen müssen um dann antworten zu können. Hoffentlich gibt es dafür bald eine Lösung. Das wäre ein Segen Auf jeden Fall ist die App sehr zu empfehlen!

La uso da pochi giorni, ma al momento non posso che dichiararmi totalmente soddisfatto. App gratuita, totalmente configurabile e ovviamente perfettamente connessa al mio e-commerce. Al momento non trovo difetti. Top!

Great way to communicate realtime with customers.

This is a great app so far. Would love a way to bookmark, star, or prioritize open chats or create some kind of ticketing system. As sometimes there is follow-up required with some questions. Also would love the ability to save/organize/tag chats.

Very happy with the app. The only thing I wish it could do is to easily create a new order from the app as opposed to having to log into the last order in Shopify.
