FREE and adds trust between the customer and seller. I also use it for reassuring addresses, and if there are special notes I have to tell my customers, I directly use this APP.

I like the app, because it's easy to use, and allows to connect directly with your clients. It's easier for them to ask about orders, and products, or to. solve a 1-min problem. It gives more credibility to the store, and thanks to the app, you can answer at every moment. The only "error" I found, are the notifications: they get triggered again when I open the app, but it's not a big deal.

So far it's been an extremely helpful app. When customers make an inquiry my phone app pings so I can answer it right away. Customers are loving the direct contact. I love having a written record of the inquiries for reference. Customers who take the time to ask a question oftentimes end up making a purchase soon after. It will be interesting to see the reduction in abandoned shopping carts due to customers getting their questions answered quickly and knowing they can contact a human which builds trust.

The app is simple, intuitive, and has plenty of customization options. The mobile app makes it easier to ensure a team member is available to respond at any time.

It's great but I need to be able to delete a sent message. Or alter it. Then it will be 5 stars. Cheers

I love it! It takes away all the junk and sales emails although they are sneaking in here and there! It makes the conversation flow and doesn't get lost in emails! It makes our customer experience much better!

El servicio de shopify inbox es bueno pero estaría mejor que fue in-app y no otra ventana. Esa función haría que la mensajería sería más rápida y eficiente.

es gibt kein schliessen Button und man kann das Fenster auch nicht klein und dezent machen. Auf jeder Seite taucht es ungefragt wieder auf. Einstellungsmöglichkeiten sehr bescheiden.

It is easy & simple to use, but I wish it able to block all spammer/scammers from flocking our inbox.

This app is amazing! Having the chat box option in our online store helps tremendously with automatically answering repetitive questions. We would love it if there was an option to embed URLs, as well as the ability to add images to replies. Hopefully, that upgrade will come soon!

Its great for its price - thats the key thing here :) Simple, nice features and it works. Haven't got into it deeply but it does seem to have nice features like assignment of messages to others in the business.
