Certainly does the job for a free app. Multiple staff members can respond which is a great feature. The only thing is we get double emails as one goes to the primary shop email and the second for all staff.

Below average rating. This app do not support customer chat without insert their first name last name and email. There is no option to turn off. which is not convenient for them when their just want instant message. First Reply can not insert link. That means when off hour, customer may not contact us through whatsapp. But its official i believe it works faster than competitor apps. So much spam from Egypt and Nigera. I choose to render whatsapp as Customer Service.

Thank you very much for this work, but a lot of things are missing: 1. Search in messages (you may suggest connecting an external database or google sheet) 2. It is extremely important to link the conversation to a specific order. Otherwise, the conversation is lost and will no longer be found 3. Often messages are not sent the first time and you need to resend them again and again

If you haven't added a live chat option this is great... The Inbox app from Shopify is excellent, it features: - Quick replies for pre made replies - Add product links to the chat - Assign chat to staff - You can send photos - There is a dedicated mobile app for ios and andriod. but it's not perfect: here's a list of features I wish it had: - Option for Private chat - Email the chat transcripts - Video calling options Also, on occasions it can be a little slow on the notifications. Also sometimes store collaborators get notified of chats... these issue to one side. I really love the live chat though and so far it has added value to our shopify store.

Easy to use on the Go cause of the app. But App doesnt allow to switch between more than one stores on the go

Reliable & consistent. Limited in 'options' and controls, but it gets the job done and is presentable. Suggestions for future updates: - settings to send only a single notification when a customer starts a conversation. Being flooded with 10+ emails in 2 minutes is a definite turn off from this app! - customization of e-mail reply to customers when they are offline. Current 'default' template is quite unprofessional looking - controls to add/make particular information, such as a phone number, mandatory when starting the conversation.

Can't manage how to start a chat without giving all info related client name and email. Many propects are just quit our website because of that Any solution?

However, in the event that there isn't anyone available to reply to customers using the online store chat, the email is required so that their questions can be forwarded to your inbox allowing you can get back to the customers later. That being said, we can see that there are some improvements that could offer a better experience, such as capturing the customers' information only when the online store chat is offline or by making some of the fields optional, and we'd be happy to share this feedback with our development team. Shopify Inbox ist ein wichtiger Teil unseres Onlineshops weil es uns ermöglicht, direkt mit unseren Kunden zu kommunizieren und sie beraten zu können. Einfach in der Installation und noch einfacher im täglichen Gebrauch.

Edited: I wish the 'Instant Answers' had rich html so we could add Bold, Italic, and URL's into those answers to direct customers with more clear messaging. App is working great and love that it is free.

If the customer enters their email (using the online store chat) and an account is created without a password, then they can create a password by resetting their password directly on the customer accounts page. Looks easy to set up and use but from client perspective the chat icon bugs everytime they try to initiate a chat. When they clic on the icon, it desepears and the website freeze completetly. It is so bad for client experience. How to avoid that? So for now i had to disable it.

This is a great app. It enables you to connect with prospective customers and assist them with purchases or assist with customer service issues efficiently.

Works quite well. Have not experienced any issues. Love the AI replies ... so spot on! Also love the ability to put messages in certain categories. Really like this app!

very cool App! really great!. Would it be possible, if a customer chats with you, to see on which page he/she ist?

The page information does not update, and it will only reflect the page where the conversation was started. Great app - so functional and so good for my store and built in to shopify- have been using it for a few weeks now - cannot imagine life without it.
