As a basic chat that you can easily put on your website it works like a charm. I wish it had some more features, but I will continue to use it and hope for more features in the future.

I have had this app installed about a month and so far it works good. Notifies me when a customer sends a message and hasn't crashed. So far I have been very happy with it.

UPDATE: Is there a way to block the spammers from Nigeria? I've had 4 in four days... seems that telling them to F*** OFF and GO AWAY and TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST doesn't work on them!!!! I'm not going to hit you with lower stars, because it does do what it's supposed to do... It's an AWESOME app... the customers love it. And I like the way it can come into my cell phone and I can respond quickly and personally. The customers rave over that. The ONLY thing is that we do own two Shopify Stores and we can't figure out how to have both of them come in to my phone. While my son runs the other store, it's *me* the customers are used to dealing with - so I want to be the one answering the questions. The glory of this app is NOT having to go log in to see if anything is there a few times a day - so this not being able to have multiple stores come in to the app is a problem. IF you add the multiple stores, please make sure that we can see where the message is coming from when the customer sends one. THanks so much.

Hello, there. Thank you for sharing your review with us. I understand you have some problem customers you are looking to block from your Shopify Inbox. Our latest update includes the option to block certain users and conversations. In a problematic chat box, simply click on the exclamation point in the top right-hand corner. As for using the app with two different stores, they can easily be switched between via the Shopify Mobile app. If using this method, you can view the messages related to each store in your Apps > Shopify Inbox section. Doesn't support multiple stores... Makes you logout/Login to change stores... we have many Shopify stores and need to be able to quickly switch between them just like the Shopify app allows. And since this is messaging its even more crutial to have instant access to respond to customers - if we are not logged into the app with the correct store we wouldnt get the message... Fix this otherwise this is useless

I am having this error for more than 2 months. "An error occured: Could not login to Inbox, please try again later (1000)" Asked for support and haven't had any support. Yesterday, I deleted the sale channel but it is back on my sale channel list. (How!!!) Can anyone help me use or delete this thing?

Love this app. It allows us to close the deal promptly while customers are still interested. The app also identifies customers and their order info, making our investigation a lot faster. The best thing is that I can see any instant messages right on my phone and answer right away. Don't need to always sit in front of a computer anymore. Great app, highly recommended!

It's a great app when you're using the desktop version within the store, but 1 star gets knocked off for the mobile version. Mobile is sloooow and buggy and long conversations with a customer make the app almost unusable.

Awesome entry level chat, for startups. Would love to have features like changing the name of the sender (me) to anything I want without changing the main options like the shop name etc. But overall very good, and free. Could not ask for more

Excellent app. Our sales conversion dramatically improved after the installation. Builds in customer relations with human touch and our premium customer service in a concrete way. We managed to recover abandoned carts that would be lost forever only relying in the automated emails. On/off switch or automation for working hours would be a plus. Overall, excellent app.

So far so good! Seamless integration with my store is great. It is simple, but gets the job done well. I removed a competitor chat app and added Shopify's, instantly got 5 interaction points in less than a day which was much more frequent than my last chat.

Why didn't I install this sooner? Great simple little app. Would love to see future additions of email support and a separate option to add a contact form for people who choose not to use the chatbot.

Nice, simple chat app, but lacks crucial features. It's extremely lacking in being able to receive emails, which is what we thought an "inbox" would automatically include, like a native email inbox similar to Pipedrive. The web app UI fonts are a bit large to read. Also, would be nice to have a settings toggle to turn off collecting people's name and email as a requirement to initiate the chat. That should be optional in our new privacy era we live in.

Its has the right features and good integration that you need with any chat client. The only place its lacking is the customization of the look and placement on the website which should be granular otherwise its egoistic when you expend to dominate a single spot on the website which is prime for a lot of services.
