Exceptionally helpful application. Simple to chat with my clients from any where. The automated message is perfect. also, the best thing is one stage for all inboxes including Instagram, Facebook, and Shopify

Very handy app. Easy to communicate with my customers from anywhere. Auto response is great. when i cant respond in time it does auto reply.

Handige app maar niet als je webshop meerdere talen heeft. Je kunt je automatische berichten niet vertalen in meerdere talen.

I liked this app to communicate with customers on my store. I did miss one contact, they left a message but I was not notified by email at all. I only saw it weeks later when I was logged in. I've since set my phone not to put this app to sleep so that might help. Otherwise its seems to work well.

This is an amazing free app. Having amazing feature of sending product links just like WhatsApp catalog. Almost no use of the WhatsApp plugin, which is a paid app.

Wir benutzen die App und sind größtenteils zufrieden damit. Gerne hätten wir noch weitere Anpassungsmöglichkeiten, dann würden wir mehr Sterne vergeben. Zum Beispiel würden wir gerne das "Chatte mit uns" vom Wording her ändern

This app is not elegant. Would require you keep someone on staff 24/7. You lose the option to be able send necessary items like return shipping labels, because PDF is not a valid attachment. Prospects ask anything that pop's in their head. AND , I receive a notice of request in my email but can't respond without going into an app. Does not work on my phone, because I don't access full shopify on my phone when I'm out of the office. NOR do I want to be available 24/7 !

That being said, we understand that you don't want to be available 24/7 and you don't want to access Shopify on your phone. In this case, you may find the third-party app, Tidio - Live Chat & Chatbots (https://bit.ly/3GDh5Ku), more suitable for your needs. Tidio offers both live chat and chatbots, so you can use the app in the office and the chatbots can answer the more common questions when you're out of the office. This app really helps with customer service however there are a few glitches. In the open category for messages there should be a blue indicator if i still have new unopened messages there. Also a button that could reorder the messages so we can go through the ones on the weekends first. Every time we would scroll to a message for example on a Saturday when our offices are closed and reply to it, it will reset the whole inbox and I'd have to scroll all the way to the bottom again. Also an autocomplete for quick message replies like instagram has would also be kinda cool. Or the option to toggle that feature. These are just a few UI adjustments that i think could make this Shopify Inbox Feature even more spectacular.

The app is great. A function to send the chat to your email for records would be great to have.

Easy to navigate and use. I like the way it shows the customer's cart amount while the customer is typing the message.

Great app that allows us to provide instant customer service to our clients. The integration with Shopify and the ability to see where the customers are coming from (web page) as well as whether or not they placed an order is great. One feature that we would love to see is the ability to see the customer's cart and potentially edit it before the customer placed an order.

This allows me to help customers in real time and keep people from leaving the site because they have a question about our products. It also allows me to see themes and better work my website to help make information more clear for my customers.
